The staff consists of young people who don’t have manners or kindness. They gossip about you and laugh right in front of you. One young girl basically whispered that my coffee was ready, and I obviously didn’t hear her, and I was sitting there for 10 minutes without realizing my coffee was on the counter. They are all rude as such and completely childish. The only reason I keep coming back is because this is the only Starbucks in town that accepts food stamps. I hope they get a whole new staff so that I don’t get uncomfortable walking into this store every time.

Very disappointed. My husband ordered a peppermint mocha asked for no whipped cream due to dietary restrictions and hot. By the time we walked to the car noticed it was warm at best and covered in whipped cream.

They messed up mu order size and when I told them they were sweet and apologized but they didn’t offer to replace it. I felt bad because I didn’t want them to throw it away or asked them to. Next time i’ll double check because I ordered a tall and got charged for a trenta.

Amazing! Haven’t been disppointed yet. I have tried the salted caramel mocha frappé & my aunt tried the Halloween witch one, chia seeds. My regular is the caramel white mocha, hot.

I’ve never been in a starbucks as SLOW as this one. We only had a 15 min break and it took them 20 to just take our order. If you have a long line is not the time to train a new cashier and only one people on drinks.

Very Friendly Staff, makes you feel at home. This Starbucks is in a store, so it has no drive thru, but that is to be expected. It has limited seating but very comfortable and also to be expected when it is inside a grocery store. Drinks and coffee are consistent with brand. The staff is what make the difference. Friendly, helpful, and once you have been there a few times, they get to know you and your orders, and they are always eager to serve. Great job guys!
