I ordered online and honestly it was a alright experience. Took a bit to get the food but it was like middle of the road. Barely salted fries and burger was a bit weird but like still good. The interior was a lot nicer than most though.

Revised: terrible attitude, communication, and service… barking commands to patrons, side-eye cashier took our order, and the gentleman who handed me the order didn’t speak. I said have a blessed day and he just looked at me with his mouth partially open.
My wife noticed her burger didn’t have onions… it did. The most sparing version of onions ever. I cannot help but laugh. It was so sad.

The staff was working hard, but at least two more team members were needed …. At 3:20 in the afternoon. A cup of coffee ☕ took over 20 minutes; craziness!

The worst McDonald’s I’ve been to in my entire life. Actually, worst fast food establishment overall I’ve been to. Every aspect was bad. The wait time alone. Waiting an hour for an order at a fast food restaurant is unacceptable. Other fast food establishments handle busy periods. There’s no excuse. All the staff need fired and the entire place revamped in every way.

I wouldn’t be writing this if management didn’t hire employees that seem like they pay the manager to let them slack off. How does somebody wait an hour for food? Are they praying for the food as it’s being made? Are they deep-cleaning the kitchen after every meal?

Poor service in general. Food is inconsistent. I don’t understand how you don’t make hot fries and the drive thru is wrapped around the building it seems like in 2026 we would have a better approach but apparently not.

Ordered the two cheeseburger meal, 20 minutes after they started serving lunch. Buns on both are hard almost stale and burgers were room temp at best. The doctor is flat and taste like syrup, fries are so salty they are inedible.

Worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. On one occasion I had ordered on the app at 9pm went to pick it up sat in the drive thru line for 15min only to see a manager locking the doors and closing the store with multiple people in line. The reasoning they gave us was they had no food to serve. I was able to get a refund.

Severely understaffed. Extremely Rude. Very slow. Me an at least a dozen others just spent 20-30 minutes in the drive thru line. Spend some money to hire some decent people and you might make some profit. Greedy management and executives and overworked and underpaid employees. Your business is going 100mph into self destruction. Customers STAY AWAY! Go some place else. This location is the worst

We ordered online for pickup through the drive thru. Upon making it to the speaker they said their system was down and they weren’t fulfilling orders. I could’ve showed them the order on my phone with proof of payment and that it was for their location, but we were turned away and told to cancel our order. No refund for 5 to 7 days. Nice.

If no stars were an option I would have chosen that. Employees don’t care about anything. They’re on their phones while taking orders, which they don’t get right. Food sucks. Service sucks. Owners need to do something.
