We had a fabulous meal and wonderful time at Roscioli and want to express our gratitude to Mattia — the managing partner who took the time to guide us through our meal & wine choices. Everything was delicious!! Prosciutto super thin sliced great flavor. Burrata with Zucchini — perfect combo. Lasagna—amazing! We dine out often and this was one of our most memorable experiences. Thank you! Can’t wait to come back…or if we get lucky return to the Roscioli in Rome!

Roscioli NYC is hands down one of the best pasta experiences we’ve ever had. We walked in right at 5:00pm and were seated immediately, which felt like the perfect start to an unforgettable meal. Gabriel, our waiter, absolutely made the night an 11/10 with his knowledge, warmth, and spot-on recommendations that elevated every course. The pasta was flawless — rich, perfectly balanced, and authentically Roman — and we’re already counting down the days until we can go back!

I thought the food was good. It was well prepared with quality ingredients but at the same time it was very plain and there were no surprises or highlights. To desert was a letdown to chocolate mousse was very light in flavor and the almond cake a little too sugary.

The staff was not very attentive. The downstairs room looked very cozy at first, but the music was very loud and the tables were too close to each other.

They no longer offer the tasting menu, which was a bit of a disappointment, as I really wanted to have more variety.

Everything at Roscioli from the service, to the food and drinks were incredible. Hugo made our experience extremely memorable and treated us like royalty. My partner and I have tried many great restaurants in NY, but this was by far the most special because of the way that we were taken care of and the experience that was provided. Everything we tried from the wines, to the appetizers, mains and dessert left us speechless. I can’t recommend this restaurant enough if you’re looking for exceptional service, and amazing food and drinks.

fantastic all around. dinner and lunch are both amazing but the wine and cheese tasting experiences are next level. sample 4 wines from across italy with super unique flavors that will open up your eyes to many amazing wines you may not have considered before. the cheese tasting is equally as delicious and educational. would recommend if you get the chance. do their wine club if you get super into the wine curation.

They have a service called the Roman Feast which provides you with a four course meal (appetizers, mains and dessert). You can also add wine pairings to each dish.

The concept is family style which is pretty unique for a prix fixe meal. They also add some additional dishes as a surprise which was fun! My favorite was the tiramisu which was so so good

My bf made the reservation for me at Roscioli NYC was absolutely wonderful! Everything from the food to the service made it feel like a little piece of Rome in New York. I did not drink wine, but the staff were incredibly kind and attentive. They explained each course with care and made sure I still had the best experience. Their warm attitude made me feel so comfortable and welcomed.

Prosciutto e melone, cacio e pepe, and meatballs (all tasted really good) perfectly simple and comforting.

10/10 definitely coming back. Highly rec. for wine lovers

Roscioli started in Rome as a deli and restaurant, and its New York location keeps that same spirit alive — *You can also buy their olive oils, pastas, sauces, and Italian preserves right inside the restaurant, all stacked beautifully along the walls.

>> Branding wise, the green logotype, shelves of jars and wine bottles, and casual elegance all speak the language of Rome: authentic, unpretentious, and timeless.

A very quaint Italian restaurant. Service was very friendly & we never felt rushed. The food was fantastic! The entrance is below grade & would be tricky to get down the stairs for some. Be warned! Street level is a shop & deli counter with small tables. Do stop in to experience & taste for yourself. You won’t be disappointed!

Had my birthday at Roscioli and did the Roman Feast with the wine pairing. Let me tell ya, they did not lie about the “feast” part There are only two other times in my life where I’ve been so painfully full. Everything was SO delicious too. Would definitely come again – probably the best priced multi-course menu in all of NYC
