To be honest the only reason this place really gets 5 stars is because they have unagi don. Its one of the only places in chattanooga that serves this and its my husband’s favorite dish. Everything here is OK, havnt hated anything, havnt out right loved anything either. I definitely recommend dining in instead of ordering and having delivery. Its much better in the restaurant, especially the ramen.

The meat was better than ichi ramen but the broth on spicy tonkotsu wasn’t as good as ichi ramen. The restaurant was really warm – too warm. The grape green tea was really good. The steamed dumplings were good. We order the cream cheese stuffed crab thinking it’d taste like a ragoon but it did not, at all, but that was our bad – my husband liked it when I took it home, but he eats sushi and such. We’ll eat there again.

This place is really great. I love that I was able to completely customize my poke bowl by placing my order at a kiosk, which is great for someone who’s very mindful of what she’s eating. The service was great. Our waitress, Alicia, was so nice and attentive. Overall, we really enjoyed our lunch and would definitely return.

I’ve been here twice already and LOVED their ramens: I had the chicken tonkatsu ramen on my 1st visit and it was the most generous portion of chicken I’ve ever had!! The broth was also very tasty with more veggies than at other restaurants! Then I had the spicy ramen on my 2nd time and it was very delicious too (not spicy in my personal opinion)
Overall delicious yummy rich and generous portion very impressed and would definitely come back here to try more!

I LOVE 100 hibachi & sushi so when I saw this I had to try!! definitely didn’t disappoint, tasty broth, lots of topping, and they’re heavy handed with the noodles! I got the spicy tonkatsu ramen and it was the perfect amount of spicy where it didn’t overwhelm me. so so good!

This is the second time eating here, first time was at a different location. But I’m picky about my ramen, and this ramen is SO good. The texture of the noodles is great, the broth actually has flavor! I may actually like it more than Attack of the Tatsu, which has been my favorite since they opened. But this ramen may take the cake. Delicious!

It was my first time going into this restaurant! They’re new to the area so I was very excited to try them and they did not disappoint! From the beginning we were greeted and customer service was on par the entire time! He helped us walk through the process of using the kiosk, was available to us in case we had any questions, were checked in regularly by the staff, and the MOST IMPORTANT PART…the food was HOT AND DELICIOUS! I got the spicy tonkotsu ramen, my boyfriend ordered the chicken katsu rice (which is curry FYI) and we both got two fried eggrolls and let me tell you those were the best egg rolls I’ve had in Chattanooga! I will definitely go back!
