I placed a mobile order at the this location and when I arrived for my curbside order I called the store to make them aware that I had arrived and what parking spot I am in. The associate on the phone is having a conversation with me and another customer that is in front of her. As we are on the phone she is realizing that she gave that customer my order. She proceeds to tell me that they are too busy for someone to bring my order out so I would have to come inside. I tell her that’s fine, I will come in and asked if my food was given to someone else. She avoided the question until I asked a couple more times and then confirmed she had given it to someone else but they had returned it so I can come inside and get it. I kindly asked for her to remake my food and she proceeds to argue that the food is still fine for me to eat. I ask again and she said okay but I had to come get it. I had non-issue coming inside since they were busy….I get that but when I walked inside she is talking about me to the WHOLE STORE! She tells the next person in line “Sorry about that. That lady on the phone was getting on my nerves!” I asked for a refund when she finally got around to assisting me with my order. The manager came and I started to tell her why I was asking for a refund and then Cristina decides she wants to input and begins arguing with me and the manger on duty said nothing to her. As I am leaving, Cristina decides to let me know that I’m being irrational because “she has never had a complaint on her so it’s me”. This was the most unprofessional experience I’ve ever had at this location and honestly makes me never want to go back.

I thought Tropical Smoothie was not as good as it use to be. Turns out I was just at the wrong locations. The ladies at this location know how to make delicious smoothies. Best Peanutbutter Paradise smoothie I’ve had in a loooooong time.

I have spent thousands of dollars on this franchise. I ordered two different smoothies that I always get. Both had to be remade. Both were still not good the second time, albiet different. This entire franchise needs to do training on how to make a smoothie CONSISTENTLY. They arent cheap and theyre not quick, so at the very least, there should be quality.

We use to come here all the time. Then I believe they hired some new help, and things went down hill. Kept getting wrong orders, food not made right, lack of ingredients, burnt food, and a more serious issue which I will not list here at this time. Seems they hired new workers around Oct/Now, specifically one newer lady who was becoming repeating rude with guests. Assuming she was new since I never saw her before, then she was there quite often. Trash the past few times was never picked up and was overflowing. I sent a complaint in online for each order that was burnt, made wrong, etc…and never heard nothing back. This use to be the better of the locations.. We have been trying different places instead since never heard nothing back after numerous attempts to correct the errors.

Met a friend for after work smoothies. I got the chocolate banana something or other. It was actually really good. There was no one else in the store when we arrived. We ordered and didn’t hear any blenders going for a hot minute. I was wondering if anyone was working in the back. Eventually I heard them making or smoothies. It was so cold in there that we eventually got up and went outside.

Never have I had an acai bowl frozen solid and told that’s how it is supposed to be. Very disappointing. Please go to Planet Smoothie, Tea Largo, Bahia Bowl, literally ANYWHERE else in Lakeland that serves bowls and see the difference. Inedible. Hard as a rock. Broke a plastic knife.

Smoothies taste the best at the Bartow location. In comparison, the smoothies at this shop have more ice, are less sweet, and fruit tastes like its not quite ripe. I still stop here from time to time, but it could take some tips from their Bartow location.

TSC is always a great option for our family no matter what city we are in. Say no to fake food, fast food.
We enjoyed the quesadilla, the avocado grilled cheese, the caribbean sandwiches, heck even the salads are tasty. Now the avocolada smoothie is always my favorite. ❤️Daughters favorite is the chicken capri.
Caring dads and moms: Please know the ingredients in the food and in the “oil” the food is being deep fried in. For example check out the ingredients in their chips and in refular chips

I just love Tropical Smoothie, they are so much more than just a smoothie shop. Their food is actually so good too, I am especially a fan of the flatbreads and quesadillas. Plus, it’s not just junk food, you’re actually helping your body out by eating here! I really like this location too because there is an adorable outdoor patio where you can hang out and relax. The workers have always been nice in my experience, sometimes they are a bit loud and obnoxious in the back, but it’s mostly a bunch of younger kids so that’s almost expected. Overall, Tropical Smoothie is one of my favorite places to eat. There are truly no bad options here, in my opinion.

Ordered a wrap online. Went to pick up, it’s the wrong wrap. I took it back thinking they would simply remake it, but instead they had me wait five minutes for my original wrap which had been sitting on the counter the whole time and was now cold. This was just this past Saturday. Like how hard was it for yall to do your job and make another wrap? That was completely avoidable and inexcusable. Pure laziness. Wasn’t even busy at the time.
