As a truck driver seeing that there is food open till 3 AM at a truck stop decided to stop and order my food on the app. I called to let them know that I was walking through the drive through since they shut the doors inside at a truck stop and was told no sorry due to safety issues we are not allowed to have people walk through the drive through. So if you’re going to have food at a truck stop that truck drivers go to the inside needs to remain open. So we can get food from inside the restaurant, to close the restaurant and make it drive through only. But not allow us to walk through the drive through seems a little idiotic, if you ask me. Now, I will say the lady was going to be nice and allow me to go inside the gas station. And she was going to bring me my food to the door I do appreciate that. But for some reason, my order would not go through on the app. So I just canceled it anyways. So thank you to the lady. That’s was willing to help me. But Taco Bell itself being that they are inside of a truck stop needs to be a little more considerate of the location that they’re placed in. You’re at a truck stop. But don’t allow truckers to get their food. Because we’re not allowed to walk through or you lock the doors, not allowing us to go inside to order food.

Food was better then service and it really needs cleaned. We walked in and was not a person in sight and tables were dirty. They was no other customers and no one caring about the store . The service was not great. Nothing inviting about coming here or coming back.

Every item was cold and hard. I wrote the hell and they gave me 10 dollars to spend at one time only . Lose what I don’t spend. In one visit
I got a chilli cheese burrito and it was a hard wrap and literally 1 tablespoon of meat and cheese. Not even 25% of what I got at other taco bells
Then I ordered 2 cheese rolls and they were both hard also
I added pico degio sauce and meat to both to make old style beef meximelt. There was no cheese at all and barely any beef. Iean this was terrible.aybe because it was part of the gas station on strausburge Ohio across from dairy Queen. Never go there again.

Trucker came in at 955pm lobby was still open they had all the lights off they don’t close the lobby til 10 per the sign on the door. The young dude told me they was closed only the drive through was open. I ask if I could order through the drive through walking, he told me no. I said well can I order in here right quick he rolled his eyes shook his head but let me order took my money slammed the cash door and walked in the back. Got the food it was cold will never give these punks my money again !!!

Mid day meals are bomb, everything is done right, food is hot and wrapped nicely.
Night shift needs talking to, I went in a few weeks ago and got a chicken quesadilla. The tortilla was not put on the clamshell grill, the quesailla was not cut and the cheese didnt even melt. I threw it away.
At 10pm I went in and ordered 2 Cheesy Gordita Crunches and 2 Spicey Potato Soft Tacos. The Gordita Crunches were not pressed in the Clamshell grill and were cold. I dont know if the Potato Soft Tacos also get the squeeze out of the Clam grill but they were not.
It is really disappointing when you get home from work and want a quick bite from taco bell just for your apatite to be ruined by cold american style mexican fast food. Please talk to your night shift workers. I want to enjoy my food without having to eat a cold taco.
Edit: Im sick of this bro.. Ordered chicken quesadilla. Cold. Cheese not melted. Cut into 3 pieces. Im gonna throw this at the window and throw hands with the chef bruh.

Ordered from the drive thru, when they handed me my order the bag ripped and I barely was able to catch everything before spilling down the side of my truck, but everything got smashed or tipped over in the process. All I was offered was a replacement utensils! Not even another bag. Got the food home and it was a mess, some spilled out of the boxes and was on my truck seat. It all went in the trash. Thought I could salvage the cheese roll ups but they were just cold tortillas with shredded cheese, they didn’t even heat them up to melt the cheese. Would it break the bank to put bigger orders in 2 bags!?!? What a waste of $26

The workers were all in the back eating McDonalds food which I think next time we’ll go to McDonalds and get better service. The place was dirty and freezing cold. Workers looked dirty and unkept. Very unprofessional and super slow. Definitely will not return to this location.

I spent 18 almost $19 to get a cardboard crunchwrap because it was burnt, soggy nacho fries and I didn’t even get my burrito
