Worst Chipotle ever. Nobody in line. Literally nobody. Me and cousin stood there and nobody greeted us. Nobody came to the line. If it was no food .. they could have said something. They literally watched us. Atleast 4 workers. I really wanted to curse somebody out but I can tell they are young. Honestly this location needs new workers. Even the reviews are saying the food is nasty. Glad I dodged that bullet.

This is the newest Chipotle, only having been open a few months. It is the closest to my job so I thought I would give it a try in the evening after work, especially since is the first time I’ve ever had a driveup window. I wasn’t put off by the fact that the order wasn’t ready as I had not long before placed the order. What am I am upset, no PISSED about, is that I ordered a PROTEIN bowl with half chicken, half steak, only to get all the way home and discover there was NO MEAT. It was also missing the fajita veggies. Do better. Heading back to Steeplechase.

I was in town for the holiday and needed some Chipotle to get me through the day. This location seems to be pretty new so I think some or the staff may still be training. They were likely understaffed or still learning because the food was getting made fine, but orders weren’t getting rung up very fast. The staff were friendly though so hopefully this improves with time.
The food was alright, however the chips were soggy. When we got them switched out for a new bag the staff member said the new chip recipe called for more lime juice which was causing this issue. The second bag wasn’t as bad, but definitely not as good as normal. I hope Chipotle corrects this recipe before it makes it to my local store.

I went last night around 7:05, and unfortunately, I had a very bad experience. The first staff member I encountered—a Black lady—was extremely rude. She was yelling, saying she was tired, and telling people to hurry up with whatever they needed. She kept putting her hand on her head and acting very unprofessional.
I have visited other branches many times, and the staff were always respectful and helpful. But this location gave me the worst experience I have ever had. I will not be coming back to this branch again.
Please be careful when you go there. I already warned others because I truly don’t want anyone else to have this type of experience.

Please don’t miss the opportunity to turn this Chipotle around. I may have visited on an off day or at a bad time, but the level of disorganization was surprising and seemingly unnecessary. Having experience with Fast Lane stores on the West Coast, I was shocked to see both in-person and mobile orders being handled through the same main line. That single setup issue caused me to wait an additional 10 minutes past my stated order-ready time. Assigning a dedicated team member to handle mobile orders could make a significant difference and help prevent this location from continuing to decline. The saving grace is the food was perfect.

Horrible service ever. I want my tip back. Made me wait in the drive-thru for 30 minutes as they prepared my BYOC order, because it wasn’t even ready, even though the app said it was. Then they missed the rice and the extra chicken, which I had paid extra for, and tried to argue with me that I hadn’t. I never wanted to throw my food at a pick-up window like I did this time. Took me out of character. I will never go back, even though it’s the closest to my house. It’s a shame that you can’t patronize your own community. It’s sad. Oh I forgot, instead of forks they gave me spoons. Like really? Do better.

I was honestly surprised by some of the negative comments because my experience at this Chipotle was completely different. People are beyond sick. I visited yesterday, and although the line was long and it was clear the store was a bit short-staffed, the team worked hard to keep things moving. The cashier, in particular, stood out she was juggling the register, assisting with the drive through, even stepping in on the line to make sure customers were satisfied, all while still providing excellent service. In my opinion, she has the work ethic and leadership qualities of someone who should be considered for a management position. The young woman on the line was also very kind and attentive, making sure my food was prepared exactly how I wanted it. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and well prepared. I truly appreciated the effort from the staff despite the challenges, and I’ll definitely be returning.

Terrified to eat at this location again. Purchased Wednesday night as we eat chipotle at least 3-4 times a month. Immediately after eating my kid’s mouth swoll up and have painful hives all over. Still dealing with the issue. We’ve never had an issue with chipotle which leads me to believe food safety handling was not done properly here. Beware of this location.

I’m not sure what the issue is for some of the other reviewers, but my experience has been nothing but positive. I’ve visited several times with my children since this location opened, often cause they always screaming “ mom i want some chipotle “ and we’ve never had a bad experience. The cashiers are consistently friendly and welcoming, and the staff behind the counter are polite and attentive. Even during busier times, service is efficient and the food is fresh and prepared as ordered. Overall, this location has been a reliable and pleasant stop for us every time.

Ordered online and had a family member pick it up for me. Received my order and although I ordered a chicken salad, there was no chicken…not one piece. There was hardly any lettuce in the bowl, and there wasn’t any dressing. I surely thought for it to be a new location that it would be better than other locations that I’ve visited in the past but I was wrong. All other meals in my order were correct. First and last time ordering from this location.
