I am volunteer with an adult group associated with a nonprofit in the area. Today we had a birthday celebration at Panera on Clyde Park after a fun excursion. I cannot say enough about our wonderful experience. Manager Mary and her very dedicated staff helped us have an absolutely wonderful lunch time event. Food was ordered ahead of time it was ready on time it was accurate it was hot. They really made our birthdays we were celebrating an absolutely wonderful experience. I also want to thank the lady that greets when we walk in the door she has taken my order often this week as well. She too was kind and exceptional. I wish I remembered her name. Thank you from 10 plus individuals that were able to celebrate in a very special way!

I went to Panera, I had a gift card, I just wanted something small to eat since I skipped breakfast. I couldn’t believe that it’s over $7 for a cup of soup these days!? Even at a high end restaurant they do not charge that high a price for a cup not a bowl of soup. So I settled on a bagel after the lady helping me was very condescending in her answer I thought the cup of soup was $5 because it said do on the sign and I said I wanted a cup not a bowl and she said no that’s only with pick two. I settled on a Asiago cheese bagel toasted and then when I got it the bagel literally looks like a dinner roll. I won’t be back. I used to love Panera. But it’s definitely went up in price and down on service and value. Especially at the Wyoming Clyde Park location.

First time trying this place and I have to say I’m very disappointed the service was great and all but the food just wasn’t up to my standards at all. I’m a food critic and I go around to different places trying out different foods and this just wasn’t it I’m sorry. The salad I had with strawberrys and chicken was so dry, they don’t give you much dressing at all. The bread was really hard when ordering the steak sub on chabata bread I believe it was it was so hard I broke a tooth.

Not worth what you pay for. I paid 40 dollars, the portion was like for kids. They don’t even fill it up, I mean if they want more money for the food at least fill to proper size. They have kids working, nothing wrong with that, just maybe a lot more training is needed.

I ordered 2 half sandwiches. They forgot one of them. I called them, and they said all they can do is send me a coupon in the mail. They never did. Ridiculous.

I really only get panera when I’m sick. The sandwiches are good and food was served in a timely manner this time. However, Paying $7 for a cup of mainly broth, a sad piece of chicken and a few carrots is kind of ridiculous. Not worth going back to dispute it.
