We went for a Mother’s Day celebration and enjoyed a tasty meal! The place was buzzing by the time we left, and while it wasn’t the easiest setup for a big group to chat, we were glad they had space for us.
Service was solid overall—though there was a little hiccup when some salad and soup apps played musical chairs. Now, about our hibachi chef… let’s just say he wasn’t quite the life of the party. You know how hibachi usually comes with a side of flair and sizzle? Ours skipped the show and went straight to business.
That said, the food itself delivered! Whether it was from the hibachi grill, sushi bar, or the back kitchen, everything we tried was fresh and flavorful. So while it didn’t exactly blow us away in the entertainment department, it hit the mark where it counts: our taste buds!

Every time I’m in the area, Kume is on the itinerary. Exceptional sushi, fantastic special rolls, thick-cut high-grade sashimi. I’m a sushi fiend so haven’t tried much else, but have had the Gyoza and highly recommend. Prices are outstanding relative to quality. A real ‘banger for your buck’ and well worth a drive, even if you’ve gotta go out of your way 20-30 mins.

Friendly servers, yummy food & decent atmosphere. Wait staff was fast & had our food out to us in 15 minutes! Only negative is cross contamination that happens before being served, lemon seed floating in my lemonless water grossed me out a bit.

We were there today for dinner like before 3pm cause we were at the gym in bath and I told our waiter at the habichi section that I was paying for my alcohol drink and instead of billing me, they put my kume fish bowl drink on my mom’s bill, my mom heard me say loud and clearthat I’m paying for my drink ! Weather they speak English or not, every single workers need to listen to what we Americans are saying! Otherwise the food, drinks, sides were made well done expect i had diherra twice after we got home and I’m not sure if it was from the drinks, saki squirt or what.

Food was okay/decent but the waiters are not as nice as should be expected. And I was really confused how many server our table had more than 3/4 people came up to the table and asked for food but it was overwhelming I didn’t enjoy my time here.

Do not recommend. Visited Thursday night for my husbands birthday dinner and 3 hours later the both of us ended up with a bad case of food poisoning. I’m 23 weeks pregnant and ended up having to get fluids because I was so dehydrated due to the illness. Contacted them in hopes of getting our money back at the bare minimum and they proceeded to ask for me for my MEDICAL RECORDS. I explained that I’m pregnant and serious cases can cause a lot of harm to the unborn baby. They refused to give us our money back and stated they needed to connect with their “attorney”. I will not be eating here again, not only because of the food poisoning, but because of the way they handled this situation.

Had lunch hibachi here today with my wife. The food was very good, nice demonstration of skills from the chef. The price was very reasonable 13$ a plate for the lunch hibachi combo. The atmosphere was very typical for this type of restaurant, music was a little on the loud side and chatter from the employees just outside the dining area was a kind of distracting while having a conversation with my wife. The restrooms were very well maintained and clean. Our overall experience was favorable and we will return.

This place had some of the best sushi I’ve ever had. Tons of variety. Rolls are large. Going to go back at some point to try the table side Hibachi. Only regret is I took my pics after I ate half of the rolls. Will definitely return!
