I ordered the “2 for $5” promotion, but my order was incorrect and I only received one cheeseburger. When I returned to request the second burger, the staff refused to honor the promotional deal and insisted on charging me full price for the second item.
While the price difference is small, I am frustrated by the lack of service and the refusal to correct a simple mistake. As a local resident, I would have frequented this location often, but I no longer feel comfortable doing so.
I hope you will look into this matter to ensure other customers do not have a similar experience.

I don’t do fast food often, but when I’m craving a great deluxe cheeseburger and don’t feel like making it at home, this is my spot. Their double cheeseburger with veggies (#5) is the best drive thru burger in the area in my opinion. Fresh and juicy patties, good cheese and veggies, and a soft and chewy bun. Yum! The team at this location is efficient and accurate and I really appreciate that. They haven’t let me down yet! Bummed that they discontinued their amazing corn dogs but I’m just a weird duck I guess. Seems like almost all my favorites at different restaurants aren’t selling well enough to stand the test of time (including the double decker taco, green burrito, BK broiler, and many more).
Anyways, as far as local DQ’s are concerned, this is the stand out location. I can almost guarantee you won’t be disappointed here!

Big thumbs down. Went in this evening 11/11 to enjoy a chilli dog and a blizzard for veterans day and the guy in the back making my food threw it across the service counter like it was a bowling ball! If that is any insite on the work ethics of kids these days then i wonder what else they do to our food! Nothing was said, no apology, just heres your food. I live 2 blocks from there and i did like getting my DQ on from time to time. Now i will drive across town to another location that has better service.

I ordered a large 6 piece chicken strips with an Oreo blizzard for me and my 5 year old daughter to share. I got what looks like a small meal to share which isn’t a big deal but I literally paid 17 dollars. I’m absolutely not coming back. If you want ice cream that’s all this location is good for. I would highly suggest not ordering food. You’ll get ripped off.

A reminder to all DQ customers – always get a receipt. I got the wrong order. Went back to get my correct order but they proceeded to make everyone else’s order first before remaking mine. No apologies and no one took ownership to make things right. Not even offer to remake my fries. Finally got the “corrected” order but was still wrong. Finally, third time was a charm! Sure doesn’t look like they want to take care of their customers.

You can’t see in the picture that the fries are undercooked but they were.
We got the 6 piece chicken strip box. My fries were barely cooked I could not eat them. The chicken strips were overcooked and my toast was wrinkled up like it had just been thrown in for 5 seconds.
$28.00 to eat out for 2people.. if I’m going to pay that much for food I expect it to be edible and right.
This is usually the best Dairy Queen around my family has been going there for many years and the food has gone downhill the last few times I have gone.

My fries are always cold and my sauces are never right if I ask for ketchup how do you forget that and if you order the flamethrower chicken basket they will tell you to pull forward and park and put you in time out for 10 minutes

Not your typical Dairy Queen? This location seems to have been renovated recently… the dining area looks newer and the restaurant looks pretty clean in general. The staff are friendly and service is fast. Definitely one of the best Dairy Queens – and fast food restaurants, I’ve ever been to.
