Today was my 5th time dining at here and it is always a 10/10 experience! The menu is versatile and reasonably priced. Every dish I have ever gotten has been delicious and perfectly proportioned. The potatoes dauphinoise is always the star of the show for me.. omg . Great service, adorable atmosphere. Highly recommend!

What a cute little place! We just happened to stumble upon it traveling through and now it’ll probably be a repeat stop in the future.
I think the gal waiting on us was the owner, her name on the receipt was Tamara. She was so sweet! We got the smoked salmon benedict and the potatoes dauphinoise and both were excellent. I loved the hollandaise and I’m normally kind of snobby about eggs benedict.
The atmosphere is so cozy, with fresh flowers on every table. The bathroom was spotless.
I only wish we lived closer. Highly recommend it!

1/25/2026. Visiting from out of town and found this through a Google search. Absolutely incredible! So quaint and welcoming with delicious food. Get the lemon blueberry waffles! Or for savory, the avocado toast was the best we ever had and the eggs Benedict were amazing. Can’t imagine going wrong with anything.

Batman approved Tamara has created an inviting environment in the heart of historic Coburg. The mimosas and bloody mary’s were very good. The benedict classique was very good with a smooth sauce with the perfect touch of lemon. The avocado toast was unique, classy and flavorful. My french bread with pear preserves was simple but a perfect addition to our brunch. Made from scratch recipes with quality ingredients. Service was professional, kind and welcoming.

My boyfriend and I have been coming here since they first opened up and we have never been disappointed. The staff are so friendly and always remember us. The food is always incredible. We go out of our way to drive 20 minutes here rather than any other spot.

Lets start by saying the vibe and service is amazing. We love the atmosphere and the drinks were spot on. Coburg is such an amazing town.
Food was mediocre at best and over priced. I ordered a monte cristo on the recommendation of the server. It literally came out burnt. When I showed her the toast, she did offer to remake it, but said it would take another 15 minutes to remake. I said its fine and proceeded to take the burnt French toast off and just eat as an open faced sandwich.
The owner, who is lovely, did stop by and apologize and brought just new toast. For $19.00 it was not worth the sandwich. Kind of expected them to take off the sandwich but they did not. So for over $140.00 for 4 people, I ate a very poor Monte Cristo.
I would go back for drinks and the vibe. But for the price and food I would not.

I had an amazing experience at Mimosa! The service was fantastic—Tamara was super friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The food was absolutely delicious, especially the Jardin Benedict. The hollandaise sauce was incredibly creamy and flavorful. I’ll definitely be visiting again soon!

My wife and I discovered this place this morning. Both of us had the Salmon Benedict and their potato side. Both were excellent. The service was also excellent. It’s a small place located in Colbury just a couple of miles out side Eugene. We’ll be back in the summer.

I love it when a restaurant has delicious food AND a cozy vibe. Mimosas is just that-attention to detail in the decor/aesthetic, staff, and especially the food and drinks. I so thoroughly enjoyed my time there!

This was our first time dining here, and honestly, it will be our last. I love Coburg and regularly support the local restaurants, so I was excited to finally try Mimosas since I haven’t had time to stop in during their hours. The atmosphere was great, but the service fell short. Our waitress seemed distracted we didn’t receive silverware until after our food arrived, and we had to ask for napkins. Meanwhile, the table next to us had a brand-new waitress (on her first day!) who was much more attentive and had everything ready.
The food itself was okay, but my waffle barely had any sauce, and my mom’s Benedict also seemed light on sauce, as if they were cutting corners. The portions felt small for the price, and unfortunately, my mimosa was probably the worst I’ve had maybe it was just the flavor, but it definitely wasn’t my favorite.
