Today is Feb 17th at 8:37PM Eastern Time! The young man and both lady’s were extremely kind and went out of there way to make me smile and took customer service very seriously! All three of them are extremely kind and outgoing friendly and helpful! If I could give 10 stars I would! Food is amazing! Price is a little high!

I am sorry but the girl tonight was absolutely horrible, an attitude from hell I ordered a hot and ready and was told it’s 8 dollars now I know the price and only when I asked for a receipt did she want to give back the change. I don’t expect alot just at least a hi, or tell me how much my order is without you just holding out your hand like I am an inconvenience. I also did not know that wearing bedroom slippers were proper uniform. But on the bright side there was a gentleman there with braids that was very helpful and polite almost as he knows what was already wrong.

Went in for a late lunch today, specifically asked if these pizza’s were fresh. Worker tells me that yes, they are indeed fresh. And what do I get? Straight up card board. Tasted worse than if I went under a bridge, and took a bite out of a homeless man’s house. Very very disappointed Little Ceasars, my disappointment is immeasurable.

I buy a lot of Hot n Ready here, Most Bestest, and their parmesan wings. I love this place because I have four boys and we love eating pizza. We celebrate birthdays too with the pizza. I get two cheese pizzas, four pepperoni pizzas and wings on Wednesdays or even Friday just because it’s a day to relax or they’re back from their dad.

For a small store, they are efficient. The pizza was OK and better than a Walmart or store-bought pizza. I ordered online and their app is right on target. However, I did order a 2-liter root beer and they did not have it in the refrigerator. When asked about it the clerk said she may have one in the backroom. Which begs the question, why didn’t you re fill the the refrigerator.

Today we ordered pizza for our students and we called ahead yesterday to explain the situation so the staff wouldn’t be hit by surprise by the big order. The staff was amazing and made our pizzas fresh and hot for us. They were professional and courteous! I just wanted to ensure I left a wonderful review for such great service!!
