I have been coming here my whole life and I am 35 yrs old I’ve never had an issue there but every time I go a manager is always arguing with someone now on this day I ordered 1 trio and 5 kids meals the gentleman taking my drive thru order was confused and kept asking me”if I wanted the trio or 5 kids meals I explained to him 3x I want the trio and 5kids meals to defuse the confusion I went inside and asked the manager who is taking the order and what is the confusion she then begins to argue with me saying that I didn’t let him finish speaking and he was trying to explain something to me when in reality he wasn’t explaining anything he just kept asking me the same question over and over which is what caused my frustration. I go and let the lady know why must she argue with everyone instead of just doing her job she then told me why do I keep going back to this establishment. Mind you I myself have been going there since I was and child and I currently have 5 of my own children that love eating there . This woman is bad for businesses basically telling people if they don’t like her attitude they shouldn’t come eat there . So sad

Jersey city states a customer is someone who is lawfully on a property not just someone who has purchased something. I came in here for lunch and was about to pee my pants. They made me make a purchase before allowing me to relieve myself. So instead of buying a meal like intended I purchased a small fry. When asking the manager the owing franchise name he refused to answer my questions. As an agm at a Burger King franchise myself. Burger King as a company does not allow customer only restrooms. As water and restrooms are considered part of our hospitality to future guests. I felt very inconvenienced by these individuals. Not to mention ur assistant manager does not speak English?

I’ve been going here since I was 12. I worked here at 19 years old in the kitchen. As an adult I came here with my kids this year a few times since returning to NJ. Yanira portraits a horrible attitude, she has spoken to me disrespectfully, and today was the last time I go to BK on central. Yanira should have been replaced long ago. I know I can’t be the only one she has treated so terribly. She has no problem treating customers worst than dirt. Everytime I went this year it was almost empty. Yanira is the reason all the customers avoid this restaurant. The BK customer portal doesn’t seem to do enough. At this point I wouldn’t be surprised if it shut down do to people like Yanlra. I hope Burger King sees this and send a mistery shopper to find out why sales are low….Yanira is destroying BK business on central ave.

Visited the store for the first time. The ambience doesn’t have much to offer here whereas the service was average. I had ordered a whopper and classic fries. The staff forgot to give me ketchup packets. The whopper patty wasn’t fresh and guess that’s one issue with these big chain restaurants though I liked the fries as they were hot!

It’s burger, king and I love it! No matter where I go in America. I can expect the same good food at a reasonable price from Burger King. This Burger King was no different. The staff was very nice and helpful. They recommend I try one of the new melt sandwiches. I thought well that sounds delicious. I love sautéed onions and cheese. It came on a Texas toast or sourdough bread. I’m not sure, but it was very delicious. The restrooms were clean as any other Burger King I’ve been to. I would highly recommend stopping in and train one of their new melt sandwiches.

This location is a rip off. They don’t sell you the advertised food. They give you a urine size cup and say it the size that comes with the deal. My birger was actually a slider they made and the bun was not the Burger King product. The bun were super small and without sesame seeds which clearly made me question the food. They don’t promote the deals so if you’re not aware of the deal you won’t ask for it. Its extremely clear to me that they are giving poor product and trying everything to do to put money in their pockets and disregarding the customer. They charge for everything. Extra sauce, water cups anything you ask for. The staff looks miserable and it looks low class. It looks like evil bosses hiring the desperate. Its really a terrible Burger King. I highly recommend using any other location than this one. No reason to get bad product when you don’t have to. I implore you to eat anywhere else but here

Upon arriving at the establishment at 9:35 PM on Saturday evening, I saw the sign on the door stating it was closing at 10:00 PM, providing ample time for my six-year-old son to consume a children’s meal. I approached the register and inquired about the possibility of using the restroom and washing my hands. However, the individual at the front desk informed me that the restaurant is exclusively for customers. Despite my status as a customer, I was denied access to the restroom. The individual proceeded to instruct me to order and pay for my meal before allowing me to use the restroom, demonstrating a lack of professionalism and customer service skills. After ordering and paying, I was granted access to the restroom. Upon exiting, I waited for the individual to assemble my food, which I requested to be placed on a tray as I was dining in. However, the individual informed me that the restaurant closes in 18 minutes. I acknowledged the closing time and requested that he provide me with his name. His name tag indicated that his name was M, but he insisted that everyone referred to him as Youssef. Notably, he failed to express gratitude for my order, further exemplifying his lack of professionalism. As we were finishing our meal, the individual approached us and stated that the restaurant closes in “five minutes.” I informed him that I was aware of the closing time and requested that he provide me with his name. His name tag indicated that his name was M, but he insisted that everyone called him Youssef. Throughout the experience, the individual consistently demonstrated a lack of etiquette and required customer service training. Consequently, I have decided to refrain from returning to this establishment due to the unpleasant experience I encountered. As I exited the establishment at 9:56 PM, I observed that there were still individuals ordering food inside, in the drive-through area, and continuing to enter the premises. The service was great at this burger king. My order came out quick and the lady working at the front register was very nice to me. However I ordered a double whopper with cheese that had a foul smell and tasted awful. I understand you guys can be busy balancing a drive thru and the resturant end… but please for the sake of food safety check your food quality! I threw it out and left angry because I was so angry and I did not want to go complain to the front register incase if they do not honor my request and I do not end up cursing out the staff out of my frustration.
