Just wanted to let you know the drive through mom sun does not reflect actual prices. Bacon egg n cheese combo is shown at 7.69 but was charged 8.49 before taxes & 8.49 is what is shown on the website.

Ursula was great! She was professional, quick and efficient. Her advice saved my breakfast today. I was so surprised to see grits on the menu! Moreover, they were good. The two egg and cheese biscuits were not hot. The cheese hadn’t begun to melt prior to consumption. Even cool they were pretty good. The brief interaction with a smiling face in a small town made it worth it. The restroom was clean as well the dinning room and parking lot. It wasn’t a regrettable stop. Keep up the great job Ursula!!!!

All the employees were busy when I arrived, making sure each person was taken care of even though the drive thru was long as well as the dining area.

I will not be back to this Hardee’s ever again. The woman taking orders, Shelby was NOT pleasant. She was rude to my mom & I. When she came up to the register she looked like she did not want to be there. (They were not busy either) we didn’t get a “hey, how are you?” Or anything. Just “can I take ya order?” I gave her my order & asked if they had French toast sticks. She said “DO WHAT?” So I asked again & I asked it loudly. I asked my mom if she still wanted to eat there & she agreed because we had somewhere to be at 10 & we were already there, but my mom told her we definitely will not be back. Once I paid, we went to the table & at that point I was ready to ask for a refund, because her attitude was horrible! I guess she noticed mine & my mom’s reaction to her attitude, because the people after us were ordering & she was pleasant with them, but not the people after them. I will NEVER GO BACK TO THAT HARDEES AGAIN! I get everyone has bad days, but my goodness! The food wasn’t even that good & I love Hardee’s breakfast! My mom’s biscuit was hard. We didn’t eat it all. Never again.

I enjoyed my breakfast yesterday, but some of the employees’ attitudes were anything but enjoyable. If you’re really that miserable about your current place of employment and in a position to find work elsewhere, do that. No one made you work there, and you have to be very careful about how you deal with customers, let alone treat them, because you don’t know who they are, whom or what they know, or the favor they have over their lives.

I was happy that we finally got a fast food restaurant fairly close since I live in the country. I was pleased with my first few visits to Hardee’s in Latta, South Carolina, but sadly my last visit was horrible as far as the food. I couldn’t even eat the french fries, because they were cold and really just sticks of hard tasteless grease. I bought a burger and wanted the tomatoes and ketchup left off as I was driving and it always makes a mess. Guess what? I received tomatoes and ketchup on my burger. This was after I was asked to pull up and wait for my food. I will say that the staff has always been very friendly, but they must just not know how to present or serve food. I don’t even think I would have given the french fries to a bird.

The customer service has been great during each of my visits. I love the chicken sandwich without pickles. Every time I’ve ordered a 2pc snack all white. The chicken has been tender and tasted very good.

I was glad to finally have a Hardee’s in my town. Who would have known that it would be this bad. They have messed up on many of my orders. That’s fine, but what’s not fine is giving my uncle salmonella poisoning. He said the chicken sandwich he had tasted funny but he still ate it because he hasn’t ate all day. That night and the next day he has bad stomach pains, puking, and fevers. We finally found out that he got salmonella from the chicken sandwich he ate from this location. Beware to anyone coming to this location. The food doesn’t get handle well.

3 days in a row!! Yes 3 days back to back. I ordered a sausage biscuit and they made my sandwich without sausage. HOW IS THIS POSSIBLE? How about you guys hire some smarter people. You know, people that can read the screens and make what’s on the screen. Seems simple but for some reason it’s not.
