Unfortunately, visited this place at 6pm yesterday, having visited in the past unscathed. Was a “dine-in”. They took my order from the only working cash register by the drive in. Waited 10 minutes while I watched the one person who was actually working tell other customers that there was no chicken. Noticed that the front booth was conspicuously empty of food. In the kitchen were some biscuits, lots of kids standing around, and a single container under a heat lamp with rather odd-colored chicken. Upon receiving my order, I quickly determined why and demanded a refund. The chicken I received was covered in oil and soot from the fryer. Lady would only provide a refund after instructing me to blame the “general manager”‘ in my evaluation. Curiously insisted that they would retain my receipt with all the restaurant and transaction info. I might sympathize with her situation, but why did she decide to process my order if it was so obvious that their chicken was inedible and (for all I know) toxic? Didn’t even bite into the chicken breast and still took a while to get that burnt tire taste out of my mouth. I guess the “general manager” was absent, alright. Probably should stay that way. No point in trying to “move product” when there is no product to move. Lights out, folks.
My misadventure there gave me the impression of a franchise location that was being run into the ground and would get shut down in short order, especially if a health inspector dropped by.
Thinking twice about visiting any fast food joints now. Some slightly more “slow-food” oriented places are holding up better, but many familiar brands are turning into “no-go zones”, kind of like the lobby of a big city bus terminal.

They are very stingy with the food like egg and cheese biscuits. We ordered two to get enough egg to put on one and it’s still not enough. It still don’t even cover the biscuit with two egg biscuits. I said it was policy to only use 1 ounce of egg and she wasn’t changing her policy very rude to I feel like if you get a egg and cheese biscuit, you should at least get a whole egg on your biscuit. we went to the one on King Street. It was the manager who took her order on Saturday morning, March 7 She wasn’t wearing her name tag, but she completely doesn’t know what she is doing.

Never have a problem putting in an online order and picking up , but i guess they do Drive thru laughed when i came to pick up my order and the girl really kept and stuck her head out the window as we were driving away . I don’t feel comfortable with strangers peering into my car when I’m just trying to pick up food I already paid for. Wild.

The absolute worse Bojangles I have ever ate at. They couldn’t get the order right to begin with. Then the order was wrong and the food was burnt. I will never be back! 28.00 wasted !!! The food and service was the same for me and my husband.

Food was cold. Husband’s Mac and cheese was so old the oil from the cheese sauce had already started separating out of the sauce. Cold chicken is dangerous. And ours was definitely not hot. I work in a restaurant so I know Tennessee has state standards on hold times and temperatures. My husband visited the men’s restrooms and there was feces smeared on the bottom of the bowl of the toilet. This place needs to do better.

I rarely ever leave reviews unless well warranted. This has always been our favorite breakfast stop mainly because of the nice, polite employees in the mornings and historically the food was better at this location. Unfortunately someone needs to read this and implement some changes. The last 3 times I have gone there for breakfast around 7:45am.. I got down the road and opened my biscuit to find not only was it not hot, but barely lukewarm. Which caused me to have to drive back home to microwave it. It seems like the biscuits are being made up and sitting on a shelf for hours to the point they don’t taste fresh and right on the verge of being cold. Come on guys, no one likes to go through a drive through and open their meal to find this time and time again. This is an easy fix. You have nice polite employees, that’s half the battle. But you have to start providing meals that are hot. It will most definitely cost you good customers. Just like us, me and the guys often buy 10-15+ biscuits a week that you are going to lose out on.

Stood in line for over 20 minutes waiting to order. As they only take one order and walk off in between every single one. Get 5-6 drive thru orders out before one dine in order. Worst service ever. Was told to grab my own receipt and meet them at the end of counter. Used the wrong card on accident stood another 5 minutes waiting until I said forget it reached over the computer screen and hit retry so I could pay with my card and not walk out with free food like I could have done.

Got the 3 PC chicken tender dinner, strips were so tiny, asked for fries but got borounds instead. Would’ve been fine if it wasn’t for the fact that the bo rounds were soggy with grease and cold. This meal was not worth $8.99. I’m very disappointed, and I told the lady at the mic I wanted fries, not bo rounds 3x. I’ll be choosing a different chicken restaurant in the future.

we have two Bojangles located in Cleveland and I hate to say this but the one on the south side for some reason it’s like they always burn their chicken. Is it edible? Yes could be better? Yes. If I do recommend one, I recommend the one on 25th St.
