We visited after a silver knights win and they gave 2 free tacos for the knights scoring 2. I didn’t like the fact that I had to buy a drink as I thought the tacos were free outright but whatever. The store was clean, the food was fast. The food was for my kid and she enjoyed it. $6 for a drink and nachos fries seems high but what isn’t anymore?

Colleen and Evan were so friendly and helpful. I had an issue with my gift card in the app and Evan, who was cleaning in the lobby, ran to get the manager Colleen who helped me with my issue. In the meantime, the drive thru female employee asked to help as well. Everyone was very polite and the store seemed to be running smoothly even though they were fairly busy. Thank you!

This store needs management help. The guy named Caesar or something like that is a manager and talks to staff absolutely terrible. This is with me inside so I can only imagine how he yells at her or other people below him all over sauce packets. Absolutely terrible experience and hope that guys loses his job. No work environment should ever be like that especially with a customer inside. Disgusting place. Hope this place can figure something out and if someone responds please send me a corporate number and please Fire that guy!! Terrible. I never leave reviews but this is actually very upsetting how management doesn’t care about their employees

On Sunday, March 31st at 12:50 PM I ordered and paid for 8 Tacos in the drive-through but when I arrived at home, I only received 7! Then the tacos were very skimpy -very little lettuce and cheese, and they didn’t taste very good! The tacos were also stuck to the paper, so they fell apart. Usually at this location the tacos are great and full of cheese and lettuce?

I want to share that FINALLY for the first time in almost 3 years, my family enjoyed an awesome meal. We had a $45 order and it was filled with variety l, lots of items were swapped and we had lots of things modified, lots of things to add and subtract with every food item. This Taco Bell did a bang up, one of a kind job and got the entire order right, the first time!! Customer service in the restaurant itself, is most often sub par and holds a lot of lazy and entitled staff members. But at least they did an amazing job on our order just about two hours ago. the quintessential Taco Bell experience. The food was deliciously predictable. It’s comforting to know that no matter where you are on this spinning globe, the Doritos Locos Taco will taste exactly like the one you had three states over. Consistency is key, and Taco Bell has cornered the market on exactly the same. Bravo for achieving peak Taco Bell-ness.

Gloves are not being changed out. Touching the counter and the food, my food was crap. So back to Roberto tacos and Nacho Daddy.

I like the tacos, but the service at the drive up can be terrible. I recently got busted up tacos, and I had just placed the bag gently on the passenger seat, so that’s the way they gave them to me. I also asked for 6 packets of hot sauce, and got NONE. This happens regularly here. On one visit, I ordered and paid for Tacos Supreme, but got regular tacos instead. This location is apparently staffed by untrained people, or they are just careless and don’t care. It’s risky to order at this drive up.
