I would give this place zero stars if I could. This was hands down the worst fast-food experience I’ve ever had.
• The Service: Non-existent. The employees were too busy gossiping, laughing, and messing around with each other to even acknowledge the line of customers standing right in front of them. It felt like I was interrupting their private party just to try and order food.
• The Attitude: When I finally did get someone’s attention, they were incredibly nasty and acted like taking my order was a massive inconvenience. No “hello,” no “thank you,” just pure attitude.
• The Atmosphere: The word “disgusting” doesn’t even cover it. The floors were sticky, the tables were covered in crumbs, and the whole place looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in days. It’s clear that if the staff is “having fun,” they certainly aren’t using that energy to keep the restaurant sanitary.
Save your money and go literally anywhere else. This location is a total mess and the management clearly doesn’t care.
I can definitely feel the “hangry” frustration through the screen—there’s nothing worse than being ignored while staring at a grill.

I had the SpongeBob Bundle deal and for the price. It was actually fresh and the mayo ratio was good to the onions, pickles bread was fresh. Meat wasn’t dry the cheddar bacon bites were not over cooked. Place was clean nothing that threw up any flags. I’d take my mom there

This was one of the worst fast-food experiences I’ve ever had. The manager was screaming at an employee in front of customers, which was completely unprofessional and uncomfortable to witness. There were more than 20 people waiting inside, orders backed up, and total chaos behind the counter.
After waiting forever, the food was absolutely nasty—cold, sloppy, and clearly rushed. If this is how management treats employees, it explains why the service and food quality were so bad. I felt bad for the staff and disappointed as a customer. I will not be returning and would not recommend this location to anyone.

Service was fast and this place was semi clean. The soda machine was messy . Had ordered whopper Jr meal number3 Chicken sandwich meal #4 crispy chicken bacon & Swiss sandwich meal #6 was fresh and hot . Hot food, clean bathroom. Cold inside… we ate in our vehicle since there was no outdoor seating (used a drink from our trailer fridge & not bought from store). Indoor playground instead of outdoor eating, I suppose…

Bad to the point of bizarre. Watched the manager argue with a customer when the customer had a legitimate complaint. Employees were using the F word loud enough for my kids to hear. My no pickle whopper had extra pickles. Has a play place but no diaper changing stations.. Homeless people are hanging out inside near the entrance to the play place. To top it off.. pictures of the bathroom I took my kids into are attached below..

Came here for dinner because of the sonic kids meal & upon ordering my food. I watched the manager named Austin , get very disrespectful towards one of his employees. Embarrassing him in front of all his coworkers and customers. Austin was demanding the young man to do things for him in a very disrespectful, disgusting manner. The young man stuck up for himself and the manager told him to get out.
Hopefully this reaches the right people because it was absolutely ridiculous. That poor young man.. Austin needs to do better!
