I stopped by Dairy Queen and it was just okay overall. The service was fine and the food came out in a normal amount of time, but nothing really stood out. My order tasted decent, just not as fresh or flavorful as I was hoping for. It wasn’t bad, just not great. For the price, it felt fair, but there are definitely better options around if you’re looking for something more impressive. 3 out of 5 stars.

Ordered a cake for pick up and when I arrived, they hadn’t even started making the cake. Why even bother letting me order if you were just trying to force people to take your old inventory and not what they actually want. Don’t waste your time here.

My family and I went through the drive through and purchased a few baskets and ice and our burgers witch were not correct. So I went in and asked to speak to the manager, and I heard them call for “lake”. He came up and was very impatient, was rushing me. And snobby, he then said he had to talk to the drive through crew. In which I heard them bad mouthing me in worlds of “fat and big back” from the manager. At that point, I grabbed my things and left due to the fact I felt utterly disrespected. Will not be returning to this Dairy Queen.

A great place to have a birthday party at. It was free to have the party there all you have to do is buy the cake and drinks, no outside food or drink is allowed but you are allowed to decorate. I would highly recommend this for anybody looking for a cheaper alternative for a venue to have a birthday party at.

I stopped at this store at 9pm and placed an order on the app. The food was not fully cooked. When I requested a refund, I was informed that they could not do a refund because they are a franchise store and do not own the app. They offered to remake the order, which I agreed to. Come to find out that they microwave everything, there is no fresh food here. The employees take old food from the morning, put it together barehanded, and then throw it in the microwave. They also do not read the order.

Simply put, do not go here. Theres a local spot off broadway for ice cream, and plenty of other options for food in the area. You will wait remarkably long for food that is a step above concession food. Lake, their Manager, was rude and completely unhelpful. We were told to wait in a spot near the restaurant for our food. we proceeded to wait another 15 minutes (after waiting in the line, and at the drive through, probably there about 30 mins by that point) then someone came out saying they forgot about our order and that he would get it fixed. He comes back out and give us a completely different order. We are at that point there for fourty five minutes, for CHICKEN TENDERS. Obviously frustrated we pull around to try and get our food we PAID FOR. I ask for a manager , to which Lake came to the window and said and i wish I was kidding “What?” ………. This is an fast food chain ran by some high school students who could give a crap about anyone else but themselves. Just moved to the area and sad to say I will 100% not be back. One of the worst experiences Ive had at a restaurant and its a damn Dairy queen.

I’m really tired of coming to this location and them not having chocolate ice cream. I’m a regular here and it seems to always be broken. I stopped coming for about 2 months and decided to give it another shot. And its still not available. I guess I’ll be finding another place to stop.
