Very disappointed. We ordered an early lunch (10:45), fries tasted like they were left over from last night. Ordered 5 burgers/chicken sandwiches and 2 were wrong. Someone didn’t get to eat because they can’t eat dairy and cheese was on both. The cheese couldn’t even be scrapped off. 2 of the 5 sandwiches had so much mayonnaise that they fell apart.

(Sorry but don’t usually do dis’) They screwed up the drive thru order. Ordered Panko Fish with a chili side. Zero receipts given at either window. Had to pull up & wait for delivery. 4 mins later was given a bag & told to pull away, others were waiting. Got home, bag had the wrong side. Fish was a 1st time buy. NEVER again for that item- 1/4″ of a SpongeBob SquarePants piece of fish, covered w planko. And it was loaded with pickles. ??? THIS WASN’T A BURGER.

Told me to pull up through the drive through to wait for the nuggets. After a few minutes they come out I leave. I get home and they forgot a burger . Turn around to go back and without an apology they ask for my receipt then tell the cook about this issue. She responds with “well he’s going to have to wait!” . Ten minutes later I get my burger… I don’t blame the workers it’s clearly the management here, horrible.

Ordered a 10 peice spicy and received what looked like childre size nuggets, which I know is not a thing. Literally half the size of regular nuggets for the same price. The first one I pulled out was cute and funny, the next 9 where not cute and funny.

I can’t say enough great things about this Wendy’s location! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm welcome and exceptional service. The restaurant was spotless, well-organized, and had a comfortable atmosphere.

The staff truly went above and beyond—friendly, efficient, and genuinely eager to make my experience a great one. My order was prepared quickly, and everything was fresh, hot, and absolutely delicious. The fries were crispy, the burger was perfectly made, and even the drink station was well-maintained.

It’s rare to find a fast-food restaurant that delivers both quality food and outstanding customer service, but this Wendy’s nailed it. A huge shoutout to the entire team for their hard work and positive attitude! I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!

They just can’t seem to get things right. Today is a perfect example. The new bacon, chicken, maple croissant. Well it’s on a hamburger bun… I mean croissant is in the name. This location menu was misleading. I purchased a cob salad that normally come as full size salad in a round bowl. This company gave me a half salad for same price. I didn’t realize until I got the salad home. The menu didn’t say half salad and the staff never said anything about portion size changing. Called store spoke with supervisor and was told yes portion size changed and if there’s nothing wrong with the salad no refund. This situation you call swindling your customers to get more money for less serving. I hope this company needs the money because this behavior is so wrong.

Hit or miss – order accuracy is meh. Every time we do choose to go there it’s the same song and dance – I’ll upgrade to a Large fry and they might put the amount for a Medium in there. So then I’ll have to ask for it to be actually filled. In general Wendy’s is a decent choice for fast food but the fact is they’ve always been higher in prices and this isn’t a difficult fix.
