My daughter and I had the # 11 original chicken sandwich with onion and mayo and it was wonderful. I would like to thank the staff for fixing the sandwiches the way we asked them to do at 5:30 in the morning. Warrenton Burger King has very nice and friendly staff at the drive-thru. My daughter and I really like stopping by there after a long 10 or 13 hour work shift.

I don’t normally post bad reviews,however this needs to be said! I went through the drive through last night and only one car in front of me no one behind me. I ordered a whopper junior with only cheese, french fries and a sweet tea. I was told to pull forward as I pulled forward.I took a drink of my tea and it was unsweetened after waiting ten minutes for our food.We pulled backwards, they said they were out of sweet tea, but they decided just to do whatever they wanted and gave me unsweet, instead of telling me we’re out of sweet tea. After fifteen minutes of waiting, we finally got my food and it was wrong of course! If your shorthanded, tell people, don’t make them sit in the drive through waiting for something so small. I definitely will never come back to this burger king again.

Typical BK food was fine. However they have a strange policy of charging you full price for sale items unless you specifically ask for the special deal.
I ordered 2 BK Jr’s for $5 then noticed they had 2 med fries on the same pick2 menu so I ordered 2 med fries also. But my receipt said $7.48 for the 2 fries. I asked the person at the counter about it and they said “sorry we’re supposed to ring it up like that unless you ask for the $5 Duo”
Not impressed
Clearly I already was ordering from the Duo menu. Despite that fact I’ve never been to a fast food place that deliberately and blatantly ignored their own specials

Ordered on the mobile app for 6:20 pm tonight. Was at the drive thru window at 6:20 pm. Was told to pull forward so I did, waited 10 minutes. Received cold food, missing a fry and the new jack o whopper I ordered was missing bacon and cheese. If I have to wait longer for food I’m ok with it as long as it’s hot when received but this wasn’t the case. If these workers can make Missouri minimum wage and I have to pay 12 dollars for one large meal x 3 because I have a wife and two teenagers plus a toddler the least Burker King workers could do is give me hot food and a correct order. It seems like wages went up and so did prices but the quality of the food and service have gotten worse. Tell your workers to take some pride and urgency in their work because if they did they’d care about getting it right. Oh and by the way the drive through had two cars in front of me and maybe two behind me after I got to the window. Not really anyone in the lobby either. I’ve serviced more satisfied customers by myself at a Taco Bell drive through at 12 am during 39 cent hard taco night when the Blues scored 5 with a minute and thirty second standard to get customers through the line when I was 16. And I made pennies then compared to these current workers. This experience wasn’t great, do better.

I hardly ever write a bad review but this is absolutely disgusting. All of the chicken has clearly been sitting out all day considering it has turned nearly grey (the photo doesnt even do justice) and stale/cold. Got 3 kids meals for them to give the same toy for each meal, which in itself isn’t a huge deal but just annoying considering you can see what they are when choosing them and they are a collector series. I asked for pickles and didn’t get any on my sandwich. $30 for this bs and they don’t even have the decency to make it “fresh”. Photo of the stale chicken fries for reference on what the nuggets are supposed to look like.

Okay so this BK is a 50/50 chance of hitting every thing perfectly or missing it completely, so that’s why I’m gonna leave a 3 star review.

The reason I’m taking one star away, is I’ve noticed sometimes when me and my lady come through they either mess up our order with wrong toppings or the grease ain’t changed and some fry food comes out burnt and not the best taste, take 30 mins to get an simple order out (even when it’s not busy at all) or they don’t acknowledge people who are waiting in line at the front or the order is done and they are focused on other things instead of up front (like today I noticed a family walked out because they didn’t acknowledge them or myself for 5-10 mins)

For the second star I’m taking away, it’s just because they need more staff and they should improve on maybe having an manager on staff to help keep the employees focused on the back and manager focusing on helping the front with to go orders and possible communication of wait times.

Besides my review above , this ain’t a bad Burger King .. its Burger King so can’t expect 5 star food and service always , but I hope to see some improvement… did make my day that I heard an employee having fun in the back making burgers.. love and respect hearing some positivity in the workplace!

12/30/25 Edit: Management is worse, employees have stated quality and wait time is longer due to lack of staffing from management.

I went through the drive-through. I ordered an eggnormous burrito meal and 2 croissants. I got home to see that I was missing my burrito, so I got in my car to go back to the store to get my burrito, which I don’t mind I know that mistakes happen sometimes, and I live fairly close to the location. However, what I do mind is that on the way to the store, I decided to call ahead and explain that I was missing my burrito, and the woman who answered said, “I don’t believe you, ’cause I’m bagging the orders myself. Bye,” and then hung up on me.

I proceeded to the store and went inside. The same woman a shorter blonde woman in a blue shirt asked if she could help me. I explained that, as I said over the phone, I was missing my burrito. She said “whatever” and rang up my burrito and got it for me. I asked her name, and she said it was Marie, but I don’t believe that she told me her real name.

The absolutely abysmal lack of customer service at this location is the reason many people in this area don’t eat there.
