I think I heard Colonel Harland Sanders rolling in his grave,if he was alive and had to take his take out after 5 minute drive home and have to air fry,or should I say pressure cook it till it was close to Kentucky chicken I loved he’d be at KFC corporate with his shotgun,never again, I had to airframe the soggy French fries and the uncrispy chicken for 10 minutes in my airfryer after a 5 minute ride from the KFC chicken shack just so it came close to what I remember since my last visit 2 years ago. Service great staff pleasant, chicken needs fixin!

The young man in the drive through taking orders was so nice. The young lady when you pull up to pay is a whole other story . You can say hi or hello and she just looks at you and gives you a nasty look and does not say a word . No here is your order or anything. She just shoves the card reader at you and does not say a word. She is mentioned in other reviews so it must be the same young lady. Customer service goes a long way but there is no words to describe that type of service.

The drive up is always closed. And you actually have to step out of your vehicle when you are in a rush. However, the employees are the nicest people you can find, even if FL is a state in the south, the employees make you feel a southern hospitality thats rate to find in the state.

KFC will not survive if some things don’t change. Why can’t I substitute legs for thighs? A leg and a thigh are the same price. Good luck trying to call corporate to make a complaint. They do not call you back. $40.00 to feed 3 people and no returned call. I pulled up to the drive-thru at 8:15 they close at 900 but couldn’t cook 9 pieces of chicken for me. Wth is really going on with KFC. I managed a KFC for 14 years and never heard this crazy stuff im being told now. They serve biscuits but dont have butter…not that they were out. Its that they dont serve butter anymore. What?

I visited this KFC location and it was a huge disappointment. The food was stale, tasted old, and had a horrible smell, almost like rotten chicken. Overall, it was a really bad experience and I definitely wouldn’t recommend this location.

Absolutely ridiculous. They claimed that the drive-through register is broken and cannot take your order, And must go inside. Why couldn’t one just ring it up from the normal computer and still serve the people in the drive-through? Sounds like a lazy way of doing things if you ask me.

Today is the first day that you brought back wedges, and hot wings. I Went inside and ordered two of the six pieces that came with wedges. I had to wait 10 minutes for the fresh hot wings which was no problem. Only to get home and realize that it wasn’t important to them that I had fresh wedges as well they were hard, old ans cold!

They completely got my order wrong after I watched her double check my order… and I live in Palmetto, stopped on my way home… drove all the way home and honestly if the food didn’t look so disgusting I probably would’ve just eaten what I got, but this isn’t even close to my order. I got a five piece tender meal, two sides, which were mashed potatoes and gravy for both, a biscuit and a drink. And this is what I got. (Pics below) Also when you go to call their establishment? It just goes to the line is busy so I couldn’t even get a hold of them on the phone to at least get my money back but I will be stopping by tomorrow. I just cannot comprehend how you cannot get a fast food order correctly. Even after you check it twice.

If I could score everything a zero I would. Saving grace was food was hot. Mobile ordered and when I went to go into the drive thru an employee was standing in the middle of the parking lot in her phone and smoking a cigarette, and when I came past her she yelled at me that she wasn’t standing there for no reason. I told her she was on her phone smoking and wasn’t paying attention. She yelled that I couldn’t use the drive thru and had to go inside. Go inside and went to mobile pickup and had to wait on 2 people to order in front of me. Finally get my turn to ask for my mobile order. He fixes it to me, no smile, no thank you, even after I thanked him. Get home to my 2 large orders of pot and gravy not in my order. Awful experience but cooks did their job. Have tried calling many times with no answer. Pitiful!

I asked for 8 thighs only and was given 4 legs and 4 thighs. Like getting 4 leg quarters. When I’m in this area I’m not going back there. I will also let my friends know to go to a different LOCATION.
