Me and my family love Dillas as a franchise. My daughter eats here at least once every week. Lately everytime we come in the evening the food is horrible. We get served cold or barely warm food. Queso filled with grease. Ground beef been sitting. I’m truly disappointed. It’s always this location as well. The evening shift needs better guidance in the kitchen. Terrible food quality for the price you pay.

Employee was rude af. Walked in the door to go pick up my order. And saw the employees talking in the back to each other. And I didn’t want to interrupt them. I saw the order in the hot case to the left. That wasn’t behind the calendar, anything? And it looked like it was just for anyone to walk up and open as soon as I opened and grabbed my order when I employees walked out of the kitchen door and says oh, we’re supposed to do that for you. So I just said oops. I didn’t know. I’ve never gotten an order here before, but she sounded annoyed by it. I said sorry. I should have read the sign, but they also had 4 copies of the sign on the door. The signs were full of with writing on them in different fonts and it didn’t look like you weren’t supposed to do anything. It just looked like a place to pick up your order with no real “employees only” clearly visible.
Barely gave us any fries too. Which I don’t really care but we got a large queso and they were kinda rude is all. Good food though!

This was a nice location and the dining area was spacious. However, the service was average and I wasn’t impressed. I ordered the Fluffy Dilla with jalapeño ranch and it tasted great. I’d come back for the food, but wouldn’t expect too much out of the customer experience.

Young lady at front greeted me with a smile and hello welcome to Dilla’s even tho she was helping another customer. She had a big smile and was very personable. It was refreshing to have someone who looked and acted like she was happy to be there. Thank you so much for such a refreshing encounter when all too often these days it is not the case.

We finally got to try Dillas today. We had heard the queso and the quesadillas were good. We were not disappointed! The food was great! The chips were crisp and the queso was perfect! The quesadillas were FULL of meat and the outside was perfectly toasted. The restrooms were clean and the staff was friendly and attentive. I can’t believe someone didn’t think of this sooner! We will be back!
