This was the sandwich I was served fresh out of the bag. The picture doesn’t do it justice. It’s not edible. This could make someone sick. Not that any one could stomach eating it or chew it. Then my wife called and the kid argued with her saying it couldn’t have been more than 30 minutes old. You should not be allowed to answer the phone until you’re grown up a little Jamie. If a person is paying their money for a product put a little pride in it. I just paid for a combo that is not edible. Which, I understand does happen. Mistakes happen not the end of the world. I wouldn’t be typing this review had Jamie not acted like a 13 year old trying to be cool. Do better.

I went through the drive thru in Jacksonville and I ordered the merry meal deal and when I tell you ain’t nobody touching Jack’s nuggets, that’s what I mean but everything was top tier too. I hope they decide to put nuggets on the regular menu!!!

maybe the workers aren’t being trained right, or they’re genuinely just lazy, but the last few months the food and customer service has been awful. the order is never correct and the workers are very rude. My go to order for breakfast (which is primarily the time i go) is the big breakfast sandwich with sausage. The bread is meant to be toasted, well it never is. they give you two soggy pieces of white bread and it is just disgusting. And if you do a mobile order and get a coffee earlier in the morning most of the time the worker will say she forgot to make the iced coffee and make you get another drink even when you’ve already paid the up charge for the iced coffee. get better and do your jobs correctly please

The food and service were very good. However, the manager on duty was unbelievably hostile and abusive towards the employees. We sat in the dining area for at least half an hour and listened to her screaming at the workers without a break. She spoke down to them like they are the most incapable toddlers on the planet. She is undoubtedly one of the biggest reasons they always seem to be hiring. I hope each one of them filed a complaint with their HR. Her behavior is unacceptable on every level, working people DO NOT deserve to be treated that way.

Woman taking my order was very rude. Entire order was wrong. Heavier set woman was scratching her butt and then took payment from another customer without even washing her hands. Also saw baby roaches. Disgusting. This location has significantly declined. Will NEVER come back. Save yourself the visit.

My boyfriend and I came inside for breakfast and the entire experience can be phrased as disgusting. The worker who took our order needed us to repeat ourselves at least 3 times for her to be able to click the right buttons. Dead flies and alive flies swarmed the building, the drink machine and i’m sure the food in the back. None of the workers had any gloves. Our orders were both messed up after repeating ourselves 3 times. It was so gross that me and my boyfriend had to throw our food out because we couldn’t stomach it after the environment we were in. I will never come back to this Jacks again!
