This seems like a solid Chipotle! It was really crowded, but the staff still did a great job of moving everybody through quickly. I do wish Chipotle gave out free chips though. Other than that, nothing to complain about!

This is a very budget friendly location: theirs. Even the cheapest burrito bowl ingredients (rice & beans) were skimped on during the build. The Carnitas (amount) is not even worth mentioning. In the photos you should see a partially filled bowl, and then after the lettuce, cheese, and meat removed you can see the paltry amount of rice & beans. All for the low, low price of 26 bucks for (2) bowls. No thanks, Chipotle – not again.

Employees were friendly. But they weren’t changing their gloves. Touching items then coming back with the same gloves on and preparing food. The counter wasn’t clean either. I asked the guy to put on new gloves when preparing my food and he did happily no attitude which I appreciate. Overall experience was ok. Food taste was ok.

As a consistent customer of this particular neighborhood Chipotle, me and my family have always enjoyed the convenience and taste of their food. However, over our recent visits, to include the one yesterday, we have noticed a concerning trend: the portion sizes have significantly decreased, yet the prices have significantly increased.
It’s frustrating when you go to a place you’ve trusted for good value and quality, only to be served smaller portions that no longer seem to match the price you’re being asked to pay. My family loves getting the burritos and we have noticed how much less filling it is since the weight of each burrito is about 200-250 grams lighter. We know this because we have been weighing them for comparison with each purchase. We usually pick-up our food and eat at home. It’s so disappointing because, up until now, Chipotle was a reliable option for a filling and satisfying meal.
We understand that times are tough for many businesses, but I believe it’s important for customers to get what they pay for. Smaller portions without a corresponding reduction in price just feels like poor value for our money. We can choose to spend our money elsewhere or decide to not eat out at all if this continues.
I hope the management takes these concerns seriously and reconsiders the portion sizes or offers a more transparent explanation about these changes. I’d love to continue supporting this place, but I need to feel like we’re getting a fair deal.

So frustrating and disappointing. Today makes my 3rd visit to this location over the last 2-3 weeks as I travel through for work. Seating area and tables seem to stay dirty, one of 5 empty tables won’t have food or trash laying on them. Drink station stays filthy and either no napkins or drink lids. Upon ordering I’ve yet to have a pleasant or even marginally nice employee to interact with. Lastly the food, the food here is usually good except today for the second time I bit into a cold burrito. Excuse me, I shouldn’t even use the term burrito because every single time I come here and ask for a burrito I get a softball for a burrito!!!! Come on people!!! Rice, chicken, corn and queso always rolled into a ball never a burrito. I just don’t understand the disconnect here!!!

They had several employees run up to the doors and say we don’t have e any rice. Was this a prank? They pissed off a lot of customers . Crazy thing there was 2 pots of rice you could see on the stove next to where they were cooking the chicken. Also there was rice at the to go bar. So I ordered mine bowls to go. But they weren’t telling other customers to do that. Then they taped this sign the door. It seemed like they were enjoying talking customers no rice so they didn’t have to work. I would think about who was manager on duty maybe they need to be promoted to a customer. Because that was a horrible experience

I’ve been eating chipotle for around 25 years. Usually I just get burritos, but last year I tried carnitas tacos and they have become a favorite. I have had steak tacos before, and they are good too. But carnitas are better, imo. I had planned on ordering the tacos for now and eating them right away. Ordering a burrito for later because they are better for reheating. Anyway, the last 3 times I have ordered them (Shreveport location, Atlantic city location, and now this one) I had an issue with the tacos. Shreveport they had no lettuce, so I had to get something else. He didn’t tell me they had no lettuce until we were at that stage of making it. Atlantic city gave me the wrong kind of meat. And when I came here the other day for my tacos, They were OUT OF CRUNCHY TACO SHELLS! Why?! This is just simply poor management. It wasn’t even late in the evening. It was like 2 hours before close and they had run out of shells. Who knows how long it was like that. Could have run out 20 minutes before, the day before or even week before. Who knows. Is it really that hard to make sure you have the supplies you need? Why can’t I just get my tacos?!

The boy making orders was a fair skinned black boy with sort of curly hair. Sassy and rude. He helped the person in front of us and then walked away from the counter. We stood there a long time. Jen ever said anything to us so we were confused. So I walked over and asked him and a girl if we could order and the boy wouldn’t respond and my daughter said the girl made a face when I walked away. The girl with dark hair was clocking in and she shrugged and looked around like I was talking to the wrong person. I walked back over to wait. They were wiping counters and fiddling with other stuff but no one said “be right with you” or came to take out orders. There was a Hispanic looking guy in the drive thru bagging chips and another boy busy cooking, but the girl that clocked in and the black boy were not busy. The girl that clocked in went around the corner to the drive thru and started talking and the black boy who took the order before ours started sweeping the dining room. This was about 3:50pm December 16th. The man in drive thru that was bagging chips finally told the girl with dark hair to come out and take our order. She came and made our food finally. I asked the girl that made our food what the black boys name was that didn’t make our food at first and she said she did not know his name. So when he walked by I asked him what his name was and he said “why?” and I said “my name is KC just was asking” he rolled his eyes and said “I go by Beyoncé” I told him that was a pretty name and I got my food and I left. I had every intention on calling in about him. And I plant to call when they open tomorrow. He was rude and sassy for no reason other than he obvi did not want to make our food. I drove from gulfport to eat there and this is one of my favorite places and we usually get the best service..just not today I guess..

So I’ve been to this location three times now.
The first visit my wife asked for sour cream and they literally put a pint of it on top of her burrito bowl.
I placed an online order the second time and once I got home the entire order was incorrect.
The third visit I went to get chips, cheese dip, and salsa. They were out of chips… but the way they treated a lady in front of me is the final straw.
She ordered a bowl and went through the entire process. Once she got to the register she simply asked for a cup of salsa. They stated they were out of salsa. She noticed a container of salsa by the online pickup window. (It was rather large) She politely asked if she could just have a little cup of that. They refused stating “if someone orders online we have to provide them with that salsa”. She was visibly upset but politely said she’d prefer not to have her meal if she can’t eat it with salsa and walked out. The manager looked me in the eye and tossed her food in the trash can.
The manager had two opportunities to satisfy the customer. She could have simply given her a small cup of salsa or just given her the food free of charge. Instead she decided to throw a perfectly good meal in the trash can. I don’t eat Chipotle often but this location is a complete joke. I’m sure the lady in front of me tonight would agree. This took place on 1/3/25 around 9:00pm.
