The food here was good and it was huge portions, kind of too big actually. Like I had to eat for around 2 hours to get it to a size that would fit in a takeout container to bring home. And it was so hot that I had to wait 30 minutes to be able to eat it, it was still kind of hot but not so hot that it’s inedible. So while the food is great despite a smaller menu and lack of options, there’s a lot of logistical problems with it due to the massive portions and how hot it is. I do really like it, it’s just these problems that should be insignificant are a bigger deal because of how much of a problem they are.
The atmosphere is nice, it’s a little small but it is very clean and well maintained. It is inside Hmart though which is convenient for me but you should be aware of that if you don’t like a grocery store atmosphere.

We were kind of skeptical but wanted to grab some Korean food before we leave the DC area… food was piping hot, which is a plus, and service pretty friendly. It’s located inside of H-mart so not much of ambience but good food. Will visit again again when we are in the area.

Great find inside Hmart. Serving is generous. Meal comes with rice and a few banchans, and I liked the way the stew was cooked. I will definitely be back to try some of the other dishes. Perfect for your korean cravings without paying a hefty price.

Really didn’t want to have to make this review, since it was previously one of my favorite spots to get Korean food at a reasonable price. However I ordered takeout from them today and found not one, but TWO HAIRS in my food. Had to throw it away after two bites. This was extremely disappointing and unfortunately I will not be purchasing from them again. Below are the pictures of the hairs after I removed them from the Bulgogi.

Until about a week ago, this place was fantastic. I’m not sure what happened—did they change ownership? Today, I ordered the Korean seafood noodle (Jjamppong) and noticed a significant decrease in the amount of seafood. It doesn’t taste as good as it did before. The flavor is different, and not in a better way. There’s way less seafood, fewer veggies, and it’s more expensive. It’s really disappointing.
