I had a very frustrating experience at this location. Their posted hours clearly state they close at 9:30 PM, yet when I arrived at 8:40 PM, I was told they could not take my order. That is almost a full hour before closing time. If the business does not intend to serve customers up until their advertised hours, then they need to change their hours online and on their signage to reflect that.
It’s very unprofessional and misleading to turn customers away so early, especially when people make the effort to come in expecting normal service. Closing early without notice shows a lack of respect for customers’ time and money.
I won’t be coming back to this location and hope management takes this as feedback to either honor their posted hours or be honest with the community about when they are actually open.

Came for some mangonadas and elote in a cup. This place is what you make it. They have raspados, jugos, chips, paletas, etc. Pretty much all your mexican snacks will be found here. Its next to a busy starbucks so parking may be taken up.

Walked in at 8:40 to order and the worker told us they were done with new orders even though we got there 20 mins before closing. Not sure they realize how hours of operation work but seems like they turn off the light and close when they don’t want to serve customers anymore. Great way to run a business.

horrible atmosphere. The screens flicked waaay too fast between the different menus, and the music was beyond annoying, cussing, vulgar language. Good music for some, but definitely not for families, and the drinks where ok ish???

I had an unfortunate experience today at Mango’s where we purchased a mango and on the surface it looked good but as we started to dig in we noticed the rest of the mango wasn’t ripe so it was to hard to eat.

We called just to notify them but the lady who answered the phone was very rude and told us it was not possible because the owners cut the mangoes themselves. We understand mistakes happen and didn’t want anything in return, maybe to possible replace the inedible mango, but to react this way is what led to this review.

Again mistakes happen but take some accountability.

Man this owner doesn’t know anything about customer service and isnt lenient at all. Never expected a owner to charger a customer extra for queritos They never asked for. I asked him if he could separate the toppings in cups but couldn’t understand/didn’t want to do it. Looked at my receipt after paying for my alocada and noticed I got charged extra. I Asked why I was charged extra? The owner said queritos weren’t included in the alocada but clearly is shown in the picture. when opening the alocada long behold the dam queritos are there. He asked if I wanted an extra bag of churritos instead of the queritos because there the same price, or get my extra dollar refund. At this point I was already irritated and decided to keep the dam queritos I never asked for but got charged for it. This dude is always a problem. His son hasn’t given me issues and the other associates haven’t either. All whole staff understands what to do when I ask them to separate the toppings except the owner. I have to hope the owner isn’t there to hopefully get what I want. That’s just sad!

Excellent place to try out various kinds of fresh fruit drinks. The staff were very friendly and helped us through the ordering process and let us know when they did not have fresh fruits, instead would have to use frozen fruit
