Worst food I’ve ever eaten. Greasy in the extreme. Most of it is breading, 2 tenders were mostly gristle and not even edible. Ordered the tenders and fried pickles. Barely any chicken or pickles for almost $13. Go eat somewhere else if you want to enjoy what you’re eating. Lid kept coming off my coke when I’d pick it up.

Typical fast food but if you ask for ketchup salsa mustard napkins!! You won’t get
It I usually do not leave reviews but two saturdays in a row I ask for ketchup and salsa and was told it’s in the bag and was not! I ask when ordering and again at the window!! The window worker looked in the bag and said it’s in there. 314729/329

I pulled up, was greeted and asked what I wanted, I answered with no response for almost a minute, I said “hello?” And they said “order when ready” like I didn’t just order, I pull up and pay, the lady in the window was very nice, I finally got my food and drove all the way home just to find out the SS Bacon Cheeseburger I received was really a normal Cheeseburger, no second patty, no second slice of cheese, or any bacon.

Food was COLD. And HARD. Service was SLOW, and no one took our order at the counter, we were FORCED to order outside. My mozzarella sticks were COLD AND HARD. I am so disappointed and dissatisfied with the service I received at this restaurant. I would ask for a refund, but they locked the doors TEN MINUTES before the inside closed. I am so angry.

Onion rings where nasty. Cheeseburger was nasty. I cant explain taste. Old grease maybe but im not going back. Food used to be good. 1st time i ate in in 6 months last time to. 1 star was should been no star.

went through the drive thru, there was no screen to check my order which was kinda large and didn’t repeat my order back to me, when i got my receipt i found out i over paid, they pulled us up for 7-15 minutes and then the shift leader “perrion” was very rude walked away in the middle of me asking a question about my refund, proceeded to ask for the food back i never got. i waited over 20 minutes, very disappointing customer care.

Messed up my food once again the fries were crunch not the good crunchy. Hard as a rock. Multiple people in line were getting their food replaced also. Need better management. They were all very rude and didn’t even offer to give credit or refund partial order. Or apologize for the mishap. I’ve tried this store time and time again. And this was the last time Ill try. My remake was a thrown together mess. Sloppy and like I was hassling them to get what I paid for.

yalls product is good but not good enough for you to keep all my change. Paid with a $20 for a total of $9.75 just to get 52 cents back. Absolutely ridiculous, no reason to scam customers because your business is slow.
