I have never in my life have I ever had rude service. I understand they were busy but for not one but two of your workers look at me 3 times each and say nothing to me the 20 to 30 minutes I stood there in the lobby clear as day waiting to be help. If i didnt have my 6 month old with me and if it was for my husbands lunch had I left the lobby and went into the drive thru line and sat there for 10 minutes and got my food. I was at Burger King for an hour or so. I am so not happy

deals and the original chicken sandwiches. Great for nights when you don’t feel like cooking or even an occasional lunch. We enjoy the service here. Everyone is so nice even when they get busy

My 4th time at this location and I have yet to receive my order correctly. It’s my fault I guess because I drove all the way home before checking my order knowing that this location seems to be incapable of making an order correctly. When you order 2 cheeseburger with ketchup only they NEVER get it correct. SMH

It is now automation ordering with no one around to help. I will never return. I like talking to humans not machines. I left without ordering because the stupid machine would not give me the customized order I wanted. Bad move Burger King. You lost my business

I ordered a Whopper meal for take out. When I got home and unwrapped the Whopper, it was a thin gray burger on a bun. Nothing else. Nothing like their picture of it. No ketchup, mustard, lettuce or tomato. Burger, bun. I attached pictures of it to this review. Disgusting. Trash. Fries weren’t bad though.

The staff is awesome, the food is cheap. We come here often so the kids can play in the playroom. BUT this facility is missing some stars because the playroom is always filthy so you have to go ask an employee to clean it, and they don’t stop people from bringing their dogs here. One dog kept growling at my kid who was just running around and playing (as to be expected) then while I was eating, the dog pooped by the mat that’s infront of the slide. That was gross and I don’t think a dog should be allowed in an eating establishment. The owners did clean it up with napkins but that doesn’t get rid of any bacteria/residue in an area kids run around barefoot.

I’m not sure what the disconnect is every time I’ve visited this location. The statements I’m about to make come with qualifications in the restaurant/ culinary field, so I’m not wildly assuming or making things up.
There is no direction or urgency when orders come in, in relation to team members. I’ve watched 3 people stand and stare at the ticket screen while they argue about what fries go to what order. It was 4 medium fries for 3 different orders. The order in which the fries had come out was what was confusing them and causing a service delay.
The drive thru behaves as if suboptimal is the only way to have every rush go.
The food is what you would expect with the exception of their ability to get modifications on an order correct. Like, at all.
I don’t know how a place gets like this and then stays like this. I just want my whopper, guys. It doesn’t have to be this crazy fight to get it. Or BK you could hire me as a store manager, I’ll have it metrics in line in 2 months or less.

Very disappointed. Come here to get food before 11pm. Says they are open till midnight, pull up to order and they say they are closed but yet they took an order from the car in front of me….. makes no sense at all… oh well guess I will go somewhere else

I thought after the building remodel they would maybe take some pride in there new facility. The last time I came in ,before remodel, there was a problem with a lack of pride in there job. Well I was wrong, you keep bad, lazy employee you get the same outcome. My grandkids played on the jungle gym and found food trash in the playground. The Owner/Management need to get a Manager that will take charge of this location, because it is a disgrace to the Burger King brand.
