My son is autistic, he only eats crackers and drinks milk at home. The only place where he eats real food is pizza ranch, just certain kinds of pizza, but still – he eats there. So we’ve been to quite a few of them and I have to say – the one in Cambridge is always so clean. They always provide quick and friendly service. Amanda made our experience super special today. Thanks a lot❤️

Alright. My time was decent, food is decent. I do find myself needlessly upset with one of the employees there. Mind you, I don’t know her name so I will describe her. Mixed race, light brown hair, medium to small frame.
For a business that can charge 20 dollars per person for a buffet (every buffet around here, for more selections, charges ab 15 dollars a person.) There is more than enough staff for an arcade attendant to stay in the arcade when it’s super busy.
Anyway, this girl i have an issue with, acted like it was the most terrible thing on earth to tell me how many tickets I racked up on my card (I paid 50 dollars for). The arcade is fun, but she did charge me for two selections when I only made one selection. While there was people with kids behind me, as soon as i said i was done, she walked away, we had to find a whole nother employee to help cash kids tickets out in the arcade. I was going to say something to her, but her face looks like she is horribly tired of being in customer service. Yes customers suck I get it but please get a new job if you can’t do the one youre paid to do.

First time ever stepping foot into a pizza ranch on a Thursday night-I am really curious as to what the hype is all about. #1 your pizza isn’t that good for the price. I have had better frozen pizza. #2 you don’t carry milk for little kids? I heard multiple parents not just myself asking about milk. #3 the staff you got picking up plates at tables not friendly at all- they were actually kind of rude. I just wasn’t impressed. And basically will never waste my money to come here again.

So good! The loaded bread sticks and dessert pizzas were the stars of the buffet, in my opinion. Sadly the didn’t bring out the Taco Pizza until I was already full!

Not good at all. I haven’t been to a Pizza Ranch in 3 years, sorry, but is worse than I have had. Chicken tasted nasty. Terrible pizza combinations, no pepperoni pizza was out, I even waited.
Unless I hear a vast improvement, I’ll never be back.
Oh and by the way, the staff was colder than the pizza and the chicken

Food is always good they have plenty of food.. an arcade in the back. You walk in pay for your party or yourself seat yourself get your food and enjoy they come by to pick up your plate.
