Our Hot Bar’s loaded with an assortment of tangy, smoky, sweet, and spicy sauces. Tijuana Flats’ entrées include burritos, burrito bowls, chimichangas, dos tacos, flautas, fresh salads, nachos, and quesadillas. I had such a great experience at Tijuana Flats! The food came out fresh, hot, and full of flavor. The portions were generous, and everything tasted like it was made with care. The staff was super friendly and welcoming, and the service was faster than I expected, even during a busy time.
The restaurant was clean, the vibe was fun, and the hot sauce bar is always a win. Overall, it was an awesome visit, and I’ll definitely be coming back! Highly recommend.

i absolutely love the food here and the workers are so sweet! one stuck out to me in particular, i think her name was maybe julia? she was the kindest worker so helpful in helping me understand the menu. definitely recommend this place

I used to love T-Flats but this quesadilla was just gross. It was overfilled with plain chicken that tasted like it came from a can and very little of the tomatoes, onion and no lettuce. It was warmed but not at all toasted like a quesadilla should be. The queso was old and not the consistency it should be.

We go here often since it’s near our house. We love getting the nachos because it’s filling, and you can customize it to your preferences. The staff is very friendly and goes above & beyond for the customers from everything I’ve seen and personally experienced. We highly recommend this location!

I’ve always had great service from all the employees every time I’ve come here, but unfortunately, my experience this past Tuesday was disappointing. I was helped by Anthony, the “manager,” and the interaction left a lot to be desired.
I asked to substitute my side of chips for a side of beans, and he told me it would be around $4 — for a tiny sauce-sized container of beans. The issue wasn’t the price; it was his attitude and delivery. I tried to explain that the previous week I had paid for beans but never received them with my order and didn’t get the chips either yet he showed no concern or effort to make it right.
Instead of showing empathy or good customer service, he dismissed the situation entirely and even started bickering with the cashier when he saw me walking away after asking her for his name. To top it off, he messed up my order, even after I repeated it several times but at that point, I was done with him and didn’t even bother sending it back.
I truly hope the owner sees this because this place usually has great staff but a “manager” who lacks empathy and basic customer service skills will only drive loyal customers away

They’ve gone downhill. Their menu has changed so much and they got rid of the things that made us live them.
Today I ordered beef and refried bean, apparently minus the beef and beans, nachos with lettuce, supposedly jalapeños but they were missing, extra cheese that was unmelted, and extra sour cream that was missing. I mean it was disgusting to say the least. I’m doubting going there any more. As I said, used to love them but they leave much to be desired now.

I always get the barbacoa meat at all the locations and I went to this location today and they said they don’t do that or have it when they do? I am allergic to beef so I have to get that. And the girl was really rude about it she had red hair

This place has gone down hill and fast. Attached is a picture of the Meguana burrito. The amount of meat is pathetic it is mostly tortilla. I ordered churros and was basically fried dough with no sugar on top. Had to add my own just to eat it. What happened to this place. Prices have gone up and quality has gone way down. This will be my last time ordering for a while. Please fix this establishment I used to really enjoy eating it.

Love the food here. The cashier who helped me, Karl, was so nice and unbelievably understanding. I mentioned a problem with the app and he wanted to help out as much as he could. I couldn’t figure out how to use the app to leave a review so I could have an employee recognized specific to my ordering experience instead of on google maps, so I hope they bring it back.
