I recently had a very positive experience with your drive-thru customer service, which was excellent. However, I am a bit perplexed as to why a tortilla with shredded cheese, and no chicken or sauce, costs seven dollars. This price seems quite high. For comparison, I could dine at Olive Garden and receive a salad with unlimited soup and salad for a similar cost. Could you please clarify why a simple tortilla with shredded cheese is priced at seven dollars? I am finding it difficult to understand how I just spent seven dollars on what appears to be a two-dollar quesadilla.

The worst experience ever . I ordered my food thru the app and got charged but they never received my order and said they couldn’t refund my money or make my order. So I went ahead and contacted the app to get refunded ( hopefully I get it back ). I reordered my food on the app again and they get my order and messed it up 3 times and the girl at the front window had a horrible attitude, all of our food was made messy and fell all over my clothes so I complained nicely about my the god bring made messy and the girl rolled her eyes, she also didn’t let us know they were out of lettuce and tomato’s . The worst customer service ever. Oh and Bret still didn’t get the order right. Also all the food was just thrown in the bag. Definitely not professional and she should definitely not work at y’all’s store.

Took about 20 minutes to prepare 2 Taco Supremes and Burrito Supreme. Place wasn’t that busy, but maybe needed more staff. The cashier was very courteous.

$36 worth of food and could not eat ANY of it ! The workers were sooooo lazy. This is not the first time this location has done this. And they also made us pull up. I don’t mind pulling up but you threw food in a bag and it was everywhere and nasty and made us wait 20 minutes for what ?!?! Tried calling all night and no answer. This better be refunded or replaced and then some for the gas it takes to get back and forth.

They messed up on my order and I tried to call them not more than 10 minutes after I left but they never answered the phone. I then came back up here and they had me waiting 30 minutes. They did 5 orders before mine, and treated me some kind of way. All I wanted was what I paid for.

Don’t order the chalupa shells was soft n moist n I ordered a Supreme which is suppose to have sour cream but didn’t get none n the meat was maybe a tablespoon worth sad for such a high price no wonder there was not a line

This Taco Bell is so gross. There was no where to sit because all the tables had old food on them. The tortillas and beans were old. Everything tasted off. The bathroom hasn’t been cleaned in week. Don’t stop here on a trip.
