Not from here, came traveling through to eat!! Walking in I saw other guests that were dining in, walk past with large bowls and we were thinking, “Yeah, they’re not afraid to make a bowl here!” The items were some of the freshest looking ingredients that I have ever seen from any Chipotle and tasted fresh! Upon ordering “”our “” bowl, we noticed that it was not as fulfilled as the “other” guests ! Read between the lines..!I’m all about great service, I got a nonchalant vibe from the people making our bowls, no personalities! As I stated the food was definitely fresh, I just feel like we weren’t served properly and we didn’t have time to debate or take pictures because we were on a schedule…

I should have known better as I have had issues in the past but was not feeling great and hungry so we ordered via the Chipotle app last night.
I ordered a burrito and received a bowl which was full of room temp food at best. My husband ordered a bowl and we paid for a tortilla on the side. Well he did not receive the salsa on the side or his tortilla. Ironically the stickers stating our order were all correct and not at all matching what we got.
Attempted to reach out and only option was chat with Pepper. She gave a me a limited time free entree and drink which is not at all helpful

I was looking forward to having Chipotle all week but was unable to get there because of my hectic schedule. I bought a chicken bowl tonight. The brown rice grains were so hard. I know it wasn’t cooked by the light skinned guy. Whoever cooked the rice needs to be retrained….it was so disappointing. Chipotle do better by your customers!

The food was exactly what you would expect. However, the restaurant was not very clean. Almost every table was dirty and needed to be wiped down. Anytime a restaurant is dirty I get a bit uneasy eating there.
However, the service was fine. The woman taking my order was nice but the cashier didn’t even say hi (it wasn’t very busy).

I’m not from Virginia but I stopped there while I was in town by far the worst one I’ve been to..the two females wouldn’t stop yapping and focus on our order and then they had no steak stated it was made to order then when I asked how long would it be the dude named Isaiah said I’m now on break and walked off. This was at 8:30 on top of that they wouldn’t provide me with any chimichurri sauce. Highly disappointed and dissatisfied

The portions were fine, the food was fresh This was my first time eating here, I ordered $30 worth of food and asked for a water cup the lady that rang us up told us that they don’t offer water cups. I wont be eating here again.!

10/30 Update: Service has become more efficient. Cashier is friendly. The worker from my 8/30 experience created my salad bowl but it was different. Food is always excellently prepared.

Terrible service. Corporate must not care about this based from all of the negative feedback. 8/30/23. Do you know what it’s like to keep my mouth shut to a worker preparing my food saying “I wish we would close at 9pm” when 3 teenagers came in just looking for food. So disappointed in management here. Also they ran out of lettuce at 8:30pm and had to give me taco lettuce. I don’t know which is worse, not having lettuce or choosing to be a lowlife and not restock it.

DO NOT USE CHIPOTLE APP TO ORDER DELIVERY. They will not stand behind it and refuse to help. We ordered on 3/21 through the app and the wrong order was delivered. I reached out via chat on the app which is the only option available and they offered a free entree and due to it being an automated system, it cut me off before I could even agree or explain. I hunted down a phone number and spent almost an hour on the phone explaining the situation. The agent was very nice and understood and said she was refunding the charge. She said to wait 5 to 10 business days and we should see it. Well it still hasn’t shown up so I reached out again today and they said the original agent forgot to process the refund and now it has been too long so here is a free entree instead! Obviously they do not care about their service or customers! Pictures of food that was not mine or eaten because it was not at all what we eat!
Updated to add I did reach out again after they responded but no word yet.
