It was 11:20 am just opened at 11:00, the containers in the hot bar were dirty with dried on food. The chips were soggy with grease and bendable. The condiment bar was pretty much empty, napkin dispenser was empty, and don’t even get me started on the soda machine, it was filthy. The floors were dirty, the music was so loud I could not hear the person across the table from me. Worst experience I have ever had there.

I don’t know what happened to this location in the last year or so. First time back in 8+ months after a bad experience with an order prior to today, and today will be the last. Might have been the dirtiest restaurant I’ve been in. Dirt on the walls, the floors, behind the prep counter, on the tables, the salsa station was not clean in any way. The small area where the lids and straws were located was dirty enough I drank my soda without a lid or straw. The soda machine had a rainbow of flavors dried all over the back and sides where the soda is dispensed. The employees seemed to actively ignore the customers in line and managed to burn my quesadilla shell. The food bins were dirty with cross contamination; the lettuce bucket had three shreds of lettuce in it that went on my wife’s burrito. Saw an active eye roll when she asked for more. The chips were undercooked, the salsa containers were all 95% empty. The queso somehow lacked any flavor. I miss the old Moe’s.

Everyone was in bad moods nobody greeted us. There was nobody else in the store the employees were talking to each other and as soon as we got to the counter the girl said she would be right with us and started doing takeout orders. when she finally got to us she just asked what do you want did not give me a chance to get the dark meat chicken. My son got the steak stack and they put his stack in my chicken stack wrapper. she knew she did it that way but she did not care. it was a very unpleasant visit.

Everyone ANGRY, no “welcome to Moe’s”, steak had a “fishy” aftertaste. It took almost 10 minutes after the burritos were made for the young man to dump a tote of chips in the bin. Forgot IMMEDIATELY HALF THE ORDER I LITERALLY SAID TO HIS FACE. FIRE THESE GUYS THEY OBVIOUSLY DONT WANT THE MONEY TO BE THERE. UNDER CHARGED, you lost money with my order. You already know EXACTLY who we’re all talking about. I sat on this for two days and it still pissed me off.

We LOVE going to Moe’s in our home state but when we decided to go to this particular Moe’s on a family vacation, the staff were not friendly at all. When we got to the restaurant it wasn’t busy and I was explaining to my daughter, this was her first time at a Moe’s, how it worked. The people making our food were rude and getting annoyed that I was deciding what to put on my daughter burrito. I could understand if there was a line but we were the only patrons in line. My husband could see I was getting upset so he tried to just finish up paying as quickly as possible but even the cashier wasn’t in a good mood. The food was delicious, even our daughter enjoyed it but she said she didnt want to go to another Moe’s again because of how the staff were acting.

I have been coming to this establishment for 10+ years. Haven’t been back in a year and confused as to what happened to this place. Line was only halfway around the divider in line and it took 30 min to get my food. None of the workers greeted anyone and if they did it was an annoyed “Welcome to Moe’s”. Some workers were even coming out of the kitchen rolling their eyes. None of the staff were welcoming even when trying to order. Workers had headphones in when you were trying to order. Not a welcoming environment as it once was. On top of all of this. The bathrooms were absolutely disgusting. I was very excited to come back and eat Moe’s but I left with disgust. Sadly don’t know if I’ll even come back just unwelcoming it felt as you walked in. Not one worker looked like they wanted to be there.

The food was literally disgusting it was mostly lettuce. Lately this moes has not been good. The only nice person there is the manager. Honestly I am a regular customer who probably has spent $300 on Moes in the past 6 months and I don’t want to go ever again. I use the rewards and for me to not like it anymore after loving it is not good. The food is cold all the time, chips are stale and it’s never good. Please something needs to be fixed here especially with it not being cheap.

I’ve patronized this Moe’s location for about 15 years now and was pleased each time. Until recently.
About 6-8 weeks ago, I came in to order a taco salad for dinner. The first person who assembled my dinner was polite and did her job well. Then, my unfinished platter of salad was finished by a 2nd worker, a male. He was polite and did a good job, but there was one problem. A big problem. He came over to finish my salad with veggies while wearing the same gloves he wore while accepting cash payment for the customers in front of me. Meaning, he wore the same gloves to receive cash and give change and then came over to grab vegetables with those same gloves and those vegetables would go in my mouth. In case you didn’t know, currency is filthy.
Just to make sure I wasn’t imaging things, I sat down and watched from a distance and he did the same thing with the next customer behind me (I had paid with cash and the customer behind me also paid cash). He hadn’t changed his gloves. I thought better of it and didn’t eat my salad. I trashed it. Since there wasn’t much I could do to fix the situation (no receipt), I just moved on. I’ll never go back to this Moe’s location.
Management– please give your employees a refresher on food sanitation, food safety, and hygiene around food.

Moe’s is better than Chipotle, imo! Fun atmosphere, delicious and GIANT burritos. What’s not to love? They also give you more than you can handle of the chips and cheese. This place is always jamming. That’s how you know it’s so good.

First, I did an online order for pick up at 508. I did not get my order till 529pm.
Second, the person I assume is in management stated he has 3 trainees. I have never seen 3 trainees working a line without a already trained person helping.
Third, this store was extremely dirty with trash on the floors and tables uncleaned.
When Chichester was manager he always had prompt service and a clean restaurant.
Fourth, online order tickets were not even pulled until another online order person said something.
At this rate I am unsure if I will order here again.
Never had lettuce that was not shredded in out bowls.
