I would give NO stars if possible! Service (delivery) was beyond horrible! It took almost 2 hours for our delivery! Oh, yes, it was extremely cold! They would NOT redeliver, said it would take too long! Offer refund, I’ll see if I get it!

They continue to send me incorrect orders. Then management has an attitude when I call about incorrect orders. I get wings without the sauce or incorrect wings. I get incorrect drinks. I get old pasta. I’ve gotten bread in place of wings. 99% of the time they do not answer the phone. Today they charged me for pasta that they verified they did not have and did not send me yet they did not refund me and will not answer the phone since 10:11am, nearly store opening it is now after 11am. I ordered plain wings with ranch. I am charged for the ranch, yet it is missing again. What shall I eat my wings with???? Therefor I do not want the wings! I also deny extra cheese on my pizza. My pizza has little sauce and extra cheese. It’s flavorless. I was sent 2 barbeque sauces when I only ordered one and it was to go on the pasta that they did not send. They still have and will not answer the phone so I filed a dispute with my bank. The male who left a voicemail on my phone at 10:10am notifying me that they did not have alfredo sauce was rude to the point that I felt he would not answer the phone when I immediately called back. He also sounds like the same guy who argued with me a few days ago after sending me the wrong drinks and wings. I ordered 2 miute maid lemonades, they sent 2 sprites. The had done this on an order that I placed before but it was only one drink so I let it slide. I do not drink soda. Instead of acknowledging a wrong and making an effort to correct it he continually said well we don’t sell the lemonade no more. I said but you advertise it. They should have called, informed me and asked me if I wanted the Sprite as opposed to just selecting two random drinks and sending them to me. Then a woman got on the phone and said she was the manager. I said, the guy just said he was the manager. I then repeated everything again. My order was over an hour late and cold. The plain wings that I ordered arrived as barbeque wings which made the ranch that I ordered useless. The pasta was old given that my ordere was over an hour late and the drinks were incorrect. Instead of fixing the issue the male manager (or not) preferred to argue with me about not selling the drinks anymore as if him just selecting Sprites for me instead was the right thing to do. The female manager in that instance did give me a refund.

I get up for work around 4:30am. Sometimes they are so late with my dinner order to the point where I am nolonger hungry and am falling asleep. They don’t answer the phone so that I can cancel and I am stuck waiting up a while, fighting sleep just so they do not just leave it on the porch and say it was delivered. All just to call and fight to get through the phone line to request a refund for cold incorrect food. Its so sad. And the managers are typically rude as if I did something to them. I edited this to upload pictures, but I do not see the option to.

Ordered my pizza with pepperoni and extra mushrooms and this is how it came… called the store manager and he said he made this himself and “knew it was made correctly”. Then when I asked him to fix it he said that they could not deliver a correct pizza and I would have to go back to show him the mistake and I could not just send photos for proof. When I expressed my frustration he hung up on me mid-sentence. Absolutely terrible service there.

Staff here are truly something. They’ll let your order sit for an hour and still try and give it to customers. If you ask them to redo it because it has been sitting over an hour, they’d rather just cancel the whole order. I was told the staff member can’t remake the pizza but if another order came in with the same thing I guess that would be made with no issues. Whole store is a joke.

The pizza took over hour and half to get to me. Then when it arrived it was burnt and of course cold. I called and complained and the man said I would see a refund never got it. So I followed up on it and that manager said I never got a delivery. How ironic. I even took a picture of it

Recently ordered delivery from this location, which took well over two hours to arrive; which would not have been the issue, as I did order on a Friday night in a busy city! However, when I tried calling this location, just to speak to someone about how long it would be, I received nothing but an AI voice bot that then would hang up on me. When I tried reaching out to Dominos directly, I was once again greeted with more AI slop, and given the run around of AIs telling me to talk to the other AI.

I will NEVER order from this location again. Customer Service is truly dead – I couldn’t even get a single person to tell me “Hey, yeah, it’s Friday night and we are running short, but we will get you, your pizza ASAP. Sorry about this wait.” A person telling me that would have been all I needed. Why would I want to support a business that can’t even be bothered to speak to their customers.

I’d rather pay more elsewhere, because at least then I know my money is going to people and not to some AI crap.

Unfortunately, I have to give a bad review. This is one of those instances where I would prefer to give 0 stars. I ordered a pizza for delivery today and it never delivered but the order status said it was completed. Called the store 5-6 times to request a refund and everyone who answered was rude and just offended with my inquiry. I get that you’re busy but come on, I paid for something I never received. Sadly, I would not recommend this location and give it two major thumbs down.

I would give no stars!! Order never got delivered! No one answers the phone! This is very unprofessional and unbelievable. I have never ever had such a horrible Dominos experience ever! I’ll never order from here again! I’ll be getting ahold of corporate and getting my refund!

Not delivery, I ordered to pick I gave plenty time to have my order ready.
When I picked up my order they only gave one item correct everything else was someone else’s order, I asked the person three times if that was my order because I paid $53 dollars and he responded rudely instead of double check if my order was correct and the end there was no wings I ordered 32 pieces and when I looked at my order in my car outside the store there was not wings he asked for my receipt and said that to give him 8 more minutes so they can do my wings.
I think this ppl should be fired because if they cannot handle one simple order they shouldn’t be working at this place.
They should be fired so they can have enough time to play with their phones.

Ordered a pizza, waited over 2 hours. Called and the manager explained there are delays because there is only one delivery driver, which sounds like just bad management. Why have only one delivery driver for a dinner rush when it routinely backlogs you over two hours? Might as well shop local.
