Immaculate service tonight!! I wish I’d asked his name but it was an Indian guy that was SPOT ON with customer service!!! I’m vegetarian and my family isn’t… He took GREAT CARE in changing his gloves between sandwiches and everything. Great attention to detail that is often overlooked by other establishments! Thank you!!!

Since the place changed ownership the service and food have taken a dive into the gutter. Now I see they are charging for any extras not included in the description of the sandwich. I don’t know if this is company wide since they are franchises or if this is due toe the political situation filtering down the chain. I will give this franchise a wide berth for now on. A shame because it used to be a great place. Replace it with another restaurant.

Customer service was terrible today not only do I have my money thrown on the counter , there was a Hispanic lady working she was rude all I asked was could she make my sub a 6 inch instead of footlong she caught in attitude and said no since she was being rude I told her I would like my money back and she flung it on the counter . I ordered 2 subs to go and half of ones vegetables were on the wrong sub…. How does that even happen. Some veggies weren’t on either. How do you do this when the ticket is right in front of you!?!?

How I regret not having read the reviews before visiting this establishment. I always go to the stand alone subway around the corner and NEVER have had issues there. Figured I’d order a sub since I was already inside Walmart- mistake number 1. I placed an order through the app and for some reason is didn’t go through on their end. The manager Eric (Hispanic guy) was very rude, saying I probably ordered at the wrong location and whatnot – and to top it off the Indian lady very much defended his actions and justified his tone as being “the way he is”- which in hindsight, is totally unacceptable when working in the hospitality industry. I understand my order didn’t go through, but man could he have been a smidge nicer about it. I asked to place an order since it seemed they could care less about the situation. When I was about to pay, I looked through my app and refreshed it which made the order go through properly. He did apologize for his tone with me at the end but I just want to bring attention to this establishment so he can receive the proper training he needs to interact with customers or find another job that doesn’t cause his sour attitude to ruin people’s day . Only positive I can say was everything looked clean. Either way, will not be going there again, and advise people to steer away this business that doesn’t know how to treat paying customers.

If I could give this Subway a 0 I would! It’s the WORST! They advertise a meal deal, and you can’t even customize it! Ridiculous right? And to top that off they don’t even speak English well! The lady asked if I wanted my sandwich toasted, which I replied to as no, as she proceeded to tell me it had to be toasted. Also, she said i could not add or take off anything! Horrible experience, never going back.

I’ve never experienced such disrespectful customer service in my entire life. Me and my wife went Christmas shopping and decided to get us some lunch after doing so at this subway located in Walmart. My wife then decided to go use the restroom and at this time one of the male workers came up to me and said if he could get my number because of one of the other females that work there wanted it. I told him immediately I am happily married, showed him my ring, and then inform my wife of this disrespectful engagement as soon as she walked in. We then brought it to the franchise owners attention for he was on site. The disrespect that is shown here on front of the franchise owner shows a very poor representation of the company as a whole. This placed my pregnant wife in a very upset mood on a day that was suppose to be filled with happy emotions and experiences. Please make sure you do not support a place of this level of unprofessional practices.

There being rude like some other people half pointed out, there’s being in a bad mood, and then there’s being harassed out of the store. Lord forbid you try to use one of the many empty tables because he’ll be in your face about whether or not you ordered food at the establishment.
