I’m from LA so i was on the search for some good authentic tacos. Let me tell you, these hit the spot! Great quality meat, tortillas, toppings. Super filling since they use two tortillas per taco. The only thing was the price. $5 a taco. That hurt a bit but they were so good!

Tried 2x to catch this place to try out the food. And both times, they were not there…until, tonight! I got lucky and drove by, and saw their setup.

Found street parking, walked up and observed what the ordering / pay set up was. Once I figured it out, placed my order for 2 tacos al pastor with everything. Paid and waited along with everyone else.

After 15 mins, got my food and took it home. Unwrapped it and it looked gorgeous!!! It was a nice touch , with a slice of pineapple to top off the taco. The Al Pastor was juicy, seasoned well , not too greasy and really hit the spot. I’m pretty picky about food in general, and I can’t say anything bad about their food. I highly recommend it!

I’ve tried many taco spots and have always been a fan of looking for hole in the wall taco. This is the opposite. To much grease no flavor at all. Quesadilla de pastor was a huge letdown. Asada taco a bit better but below average.

Excellent Option if you are looking for Pastor Tacos. Very friendly staff. You can also find “Taco Árabe” meat if you are from Puebla Mexico, this is a great alternative.

Among the tacos I had in SF, their tacos al pastor were the closest to the ones I had in Mexico City. Tacos with a piece of real pineapple, finally!

The map says it’s on the 19th and Mission, but actually I spotted this taco stand on the 18th and Mission, near the smoke shop. They have small outdoor seating where you can take a big bite of tacos as soon as they’re made.

I wish their cut of meat was a bit thicker, but I was just glad that this taco stand exists in Mission!

Absolutely delicious. The green sauce and queso sauce were wonderful. This is a properly spicy meal.

A taco institution. Street tacos with all the flavors.
My personal favorites: cabeza, pastor and lengua.
They have a few seats/tables available at the corner. Open till late.

Really good Al pastor. The amount of taquerias on mission street but your chances of finding Al pastor on the trompo is slim to none. This place is legit.

If you’re looking for a street taco. This is where you go. Meat is flavored perfectly, tortillas are bomb, portions are on point. You will not be disappointed.
