First of all we love Burger King but, this location is horrible. Not only is the service really bad but, the food is terrible. The workers look like they dispise their job. When we walked in we said hello and nobody said a word to us. So rude. And guess who was at the counter… THE MANAGER!!!! Her name is Abigail by the way. I am posting pictures of the food. I told the manager all of our food was soggy and we couldn’t eat it but, she only refunded me for my Burger. Not even the whole meal which I didn’t eat because I couldn’t have my burger with it. Anyway- just thought I’d let anyone know that might be thinking about stopping by here for a nice Burger King burger and fries with your family that this is NOT the place to go! VERY DISAPPOINTED…

The fries taste like they never change the oil. I used to love the fries from her, but not anymore. Not in a long time. And the manager lady is really rude. I’d go to the other Burger King if I were you. 🙂

Simple order.
2 Whopper Jr w/medium fries
Coupon for 4 bucks. Ordered with mustard, pickle, onion only…….photo is what I was served. Nowhere near right. People on lunch breaks don’t have time to go back when it’s not right. Management should make sure it goes out right 1st time. Especially during lunch hours.

i came in needing to get my order fixed because i messed up and this lady in a purple shirt i’m guessing she’s a manager but she was absolutely very mean she had an attitude when i was trying to describe what happened and rolled her eyes and threw my food away absolutely disgusting how she acted 0/10

Had an on-line order. Took forever to get our food. Texas double whopper – all the jalapeños were clumped together in one bite. The guy at the window was very friendly but service was extremely slow. If someone’s order is not ready, ask them to pull forward so the other people can get theirs.

It was OK. We hit the drive thru for some large fries. They were fresh and hot, but we were still kinda disappointed, it was the ONLY item we ordered, and it wasn’t full when we got it. Value for money just isn’t there right now, and they know they’ve got ya if its BK you’re wanting with the other location closed down for remodel/repairs. Well, the cashier was friendly, so there’s that I suppose.
