Came here for dinner and it seemed a bit chaotic in there even though only 2 tables were taken. The server was very busy between the to go orders and the dine in customers.
Our order didn’t take long to come out, but there were some errors with what we ordered. We decided not to complain and just have them remove the extras we requested from the bill since we didn’t get what we ordered.

We visited Bonchon on a Wednesday afternoon around 2:30 PM and had an excellent experience from start to finish. The restaurant was quiet at that time, which made for a peaceful and relaxed meal. Despite being empty, the service was absolutely spot-on—our server was incredibly kind, attentive, and quick with everything we needed.
Parking was easy and plentiful right outside the restaurant, and there was no shortage of seating inside either. The dining area offered a mix of regular tables, chairs, and comfortable booths. Everything was clean and well-kept, which added to the overall pleasant atmosphere.
The menu had a wide range of options, making it hard to choose—but everything we ordered turned out to be absolutely delicious. We went with a 16-piece wings combo (a mix of wings and drumsticks), an additional 4 drumsticks, and tteokbokki. The portions were very generous and super filling.
The standout was definitely the chicken. It was tender and juicy on the inside, and the batter was perfectly crisp—light and crunchy without being overwhelming. Impressively, the crispiness held up throughout the entire meal, unlike other locations we’ve tried where the batter tends to get thick and rubbery. This Bonchon location really nailed it!
We chose the soy garlic flavor, which was incredibly savory and rich. I also highly recommend the yangnyeom flavor if you’re looking for a sweet-and-spicy kick that’s flavorful without being overpowering.
We loved the food so much that we couldn’t resist ordering another 16-piece wings combo to go!
The interior of the restaurant was vibrant but not overly stimulating—just the right balance of energy and comfort. It’s a great place to relax with friends and enjoy quality Korean fried chicken and other Korean comfort foods.
Overall, this Bonchon location exceeded expectations in every way: excellent food, perfect service, and a clean, inviting environment. We’ll definitely be returning!

Food was rotten and blaclk on inside. HAI the manager said this never happens then said he cab arrange for a new order. Then said he doesn’t know why i would trust them to make my food if its rotten .

Ordered March 3rd, 2026. I was sick as a dog! The chicken was NOT BONCHON CHICKEN, the WORST chicken I have ever ate in my life. I left a review on Yelp. They responded and directed me to a link on the bonchon site. I filled it out, and received an auto email. So here I am again. Someone should contact the health department. Call Bonchon and tell them they aren’t serving real bonchon food. Food came in clear plastic, not Bonchon package. The sauces did not taste like Bonchon. This is a rip off, FAKE BONCHON. Save your money and go to anywhere else. Because if you have a problem, they will never make it right for you. No managers on duty. Before you eat this food, make sure you have enough PTO to call out from work the next day. Make sure you have a hospital close by. Make sure to call your loved ones before taking the risk of eating from this FRAUD BONCHON.

This was my first time visiting a Bonchon. I should have followed my instincts. The parking lot was full so I had to circle around twice, but when I entered the restaurant, only two people were seated so the lot was full of guests at other restaurants. The cashier was very personable, the restaurant was clean, service was fast but the food was absolutely terrible. No flavor, rice was plain and sticky. The chicken was dry and no flavor. Very over priced.

I’ve ordered from bonchon through doordash and did my first pickup order today. My regular order is udon noodle soup with seafood and it ALWAYS is so good. I’m always wishing I had more noodles in the bowl every time I finish. I also tend to get one of their appetizers but I alternate between my favorites. The fried zucchini with cucumber wasabi is out of this world good. Takoyaki is flavorful and delicious. I’ve tried most of their appetizers and liked them all. Today was my first experience with service and it was nothing short of amazing. The man at the front counter was so friendly and helpful. I asked for extra cucumber wasabi (because man that sauce is addicting!) and he kindly gave me some. Highly recommend.

This place is a well kept secret worth sharing with others!!! The food is great and the service is exceptional. I had never eaten there before and wanted to try something not fried. The guy at the counter, and the owner who was also present, described each menu item and helped me decide. Their recommendation was 5 stars.

The food was still good, but I have to be honest that it seems like BonChon has declined in quality. The wings and strips aren’t as crispy as they used to be. And it’s surprisingly expensive – especially for how simple the food is.

The place is fine! I dined in around lunchtime on the weekends, and the folks were helpful with providing me how to order.
For the food, I ordered seasoned fries and wings with the half and half soy garlic and spicy. The fries were great as the seasoning on the fries with the cheese on top don’t miss. As I’ve eaten at various branches of bonchon, this spicy flavoring means business. It hurts in all the best of ways, and the soy garlic was salty and could really taste the awesome flavoring. The size of the wings leaves something to be desired from what I’ve eaten in the past, but overall, I had a good experience! I went here with my coworkers, and they seemed to enjoy themselves too! This picture is what’s left of my food 🙂
