This was the first time I went to Moe’s at 5 corners in Orchard Park (the Tops shopping center). I was missing burritos since moving here so I decided to try them. I have never been to a Moe’s so wasn’t sur what to expect.
I’m not sure why they had some bad reviews as I did not see anything wrong. The interior was a fast food interior and clean, Kayla, the customer service rep was fantastic! She was personable and friendly, took her time with me and even explained a few of the different sauces and specials. She was very professional as well as friendly.
The burrito was excellent. The choices are many with multiple offerings and toppings. I tried the chicken breast with black beans, cheese and a few other items. Excellent!
So why the complaints? Not sure as I did not see any of those complaint issue. One needs to recognize this is not a fancy sit down 5 star restaurant where you are waited on but a really nice fast food one that you order at the counter. It met my expectations for service and food and I know I will be back again.

I visited this place about 2 weeks ago. Just now getting around the reviewing. As soon as we walk in we see every single table is absolutely filthy. Why we continued at this point I have no idea. But we got up to the counter and all of the workers were friendly but why don’t they clean the restaurant??? Anyways, I was starving and my husband told me it’s like chipotle so I was ready to try it without driving further to an actual chipotle and the food was tasteless, the quesadilla was soggy and the cheese sauce didn’t resemble anything close to cheese and the food was put together in the laziest and sloppiest way. Definitely not coming back here.

This is a snapshot of a steak bowl. I did ask for small rice and I don’t do all the veggies. The steak looked like processed junk, the bag weighed more than my meal. Having to wait for my single bowl while an online order of 3 items not even started is a never again for me. Adios Moes.

I have to say I’m impressed. Great service, and FRESH food. I have been to a few locations around the states and this was the first one where all ingredients were fresh. Mid day too. The steak wasn’t dried out, rice wasn’t over cooked and all veggies with a crisp. We enjoyed The Stack! Salsas could have used a little more kick, but the chips were super yummy!

Horrible location. Several times they have not honored pick up times on online ordering. Husband waited 30 minutes PAST pick up time for a simple bowl and Jr. burrito. STILL no food. Asked for a refund and got pushback but they eventually called “their boss” and they honored the refund. Very last time we go there, go to the one in Cheektowaga or Hamburg….

Didn’t have rice or peppers and onions. I watched the girl throw them out rushing to get things ready so they could leave. These workers should realize people take time out to drive to thier place of business to spend money to pay for thier wages.

The staff at this location are friendly, professional, and dedicated to your order. Faith and her team, especially Aaron, go out of their way to make every customer feel special and their business appreciated. The negative reviews on here are unwarranted or from years ago with a different group of employees.

All fresh and delicious food. When get in every crew sounds up like “Welcome to Moe’s” that’s funny. Some times they did mistake it’s all right. Overall 7/10
