Before ordering the my hut box I checked how many wings it comes with and it says you get 6 wings boneless or traditional, once I opened the boxes i only got 3 traditional wings and 4 boneless wings. Why advertise in the app how many you’re gonna get and then when you call to see if it was a mistake they tell you it’s not like that

I placed an order over the phone and gave my card number to pay. When the delivery guy came he was asking for payment. I called the store to find out why my order was not charged but card number was taken the lady was rude and unwilling to help resolve the issue. Did not want to take the payment over the phone. Thank God for the delivery driver who was willing to take the payment via zelle. But this location needs to provide better Customer Service. Also becareful they may be doing scams taking people’s card numbers.

I ordered here before and didn’t have an issue but today I ordered on app for delivery. I noticed it said carry out even though I requested delivery I call they say its wrong and that its carry out I ask nicely if I can change it to delivery they say yes then no and says it my fault and refuse to give me refund. the worker was very rude and also refused to let me speak with manager. I had to pay over 20+ tip for delivery yet because of a mistake on app they are refusing to give me back my money. I will not be ordering from this pizzahut again if this is how they treat their customers

I ordered for delivery through the Pizza Hut app at 6:40, the DoorDash driver arrived at 7:50 with someone else’s order. He said that he asked for my order and gave them the completely wrong order. He tried contacting DoorDash before he opted to go back to the store. I tried calling the store itself, I was rerouted from the call center to the store, where I was on hold for over 10 minutes with no response. When the driver contacted me and brought my actual order, the food was cold. Absolute nightmare, do not recommend.

Shame on them!!! They put a tent outside promoting a medium pizza for $6… until then it looks great but then…you find out that the waiting time is 30 minutes!! If the manager cannot organize the store to get the pizza ready at a reasonable speed there are two options: stop the promotion and take down the tent or take the order and give free delivery. Otherwise, this franchisee needs to be retrained to avoid making Pizza Hut look so bad.

Super disappointed with this Pizza Hut location. We ordered a large thin crust with beef and somehow ended up with a cardboard circle with cheese. They skipped the toppings we asked for and even forgot the marinara. Who forgets the tomato sauce on a pizza? Clearly they wanted to hurry up and close shop. Ridiculous.

I would give a zero if I could. Delivered the wrong pizza dough, haven’t delivered the beverage and they delivered the wrong breadsticks… promise me a refund but never got anything… I’ve contacted corporate, hopefully to get a refund. I just tried to call the restaurant before contacting corp, but the employee hung up on me… very disappointing and frustrating… and do not deal with them, they don’t refund their client when they do mistake and do nothing to try to correct it. The manager hung up the phone at me when I stated there were an issue with my order, I’ve contacted corp and they never got back to me either… one of the shittiest company and location ever!

Ordered 2 pizzas online and never received them.Placed an order online and spent all night waiting for the pizzas to be delivered . No pizzas arrived and no call to advise. When trying to follow up the staff in store kept hanging up on me. I have now spent three days chasing a refund through Pizza Hut customer service and the store. It’s the worst service I have ever experienced. for a restaurant chain like Pizza Hut the service is appalling and I would never recommend ordering from them again. I have spent hours on the phone to be told they do not know why I didn’t receive the pizzas because they arrange delivery through DoorDash and they have to follow up with DoorDash to action a refund. Buyer beware if you’re using their website.
Expect a call back ! It is not going to happen even when told this would happen. Manager Joyce was terrible and so was Aman and Casandra from customer service , including the other five people I spoke to.
