Light House Bistro is a Social Enterprise created by the Light House Homeless Prevention Center to train clients in our workfroce development and other partnering programs. We serve American Comfort Food and are currently open for breakfast and lunch Wednesday – Sunday. We also offer Catering, Boxed Lunches and produce a granola that we sell wholesale.

Blueberry pancakes are a must order. 11/10
I enjoyed the Chicken Benny and the waiter brought me a new poached egg when the white was a bit too runny for my taste.
Only thing I wouldn’t recommend if not getting it hot in the store is a cinnamon roll. I thought ours (to-go) was a bit dry but it seems people positively mention it when they receive it warm in restaurant. I also like a lot of icing so I’d say it’s more like a pastry than a “dessert”

The Light House Bistro is INCREDIBLE for events! Since they are mainly a brunch spot, we were able to reserve the entire restaurant for our rehearsal dinner and welcome party the night before our wedding. Very convenient location also, just a 5 minute walk from the big hotels in Annapolis. Beth was super helpful in planning our event from the menu selections and timeline. The staff helped us unload our car filled with decor and welcome bags and set everything up for us. Everyone was SO nice. I can’t convey enough how nice everyone was. They set up our pictures and fake candles beautifully, and the atmosphere of the restaurant is already super festive with the lighting and brick walls. They even provided a microphone for our speeches. And can’t forget about the food, DELICIOUS! Our guests were super happy and had a lot of food to choose from. 10/10 would recommend this restaurant not only to eat for a meal but to host your next event. We couldn’t have asked for a better spot to have our rehearsal dinner and welcome party for our wedding guests.

I visited Light House Bistro for the first time over the weekend with a small group. Definitely get a reservation if you’re interested in going, but I personally won’t be back.
The Good: The food was generally well done. The cinnamon bun was great, and the icing was overly sweet. The home fries were great albeit unseasoned, which is fine because I prefer a lot of salt and pepper regardless. The bacon was well cooked and high quality. The pancakes and waffles were great as well.
The Bad: My 2 over easy eggs were undercooked (whites still runny), and I almost sent them back but decided against it. Additionally, one of the dishes served at my table had a metal shaving in it, which is concerning (see pictures). Additionally and unfortunately, our server was quite short and almost rude. For these reasons, we won’t be going back.

Had a wonderful breakfast on Sunday. Popular location that supports social justice. Fun, modern menu with interesting cocktails and bloody mary & mimosas. Outdoor seating in season. The pumpkin bread pudding french bread amazing! Omlette yummy!

We stopped here for brunch and had a wonderful table just outside on the corner so we could enjoy the lovely weather. The cucumber crush was really tasty and refreshing. I enjoyed my chicken and waffles as well and the service was great! The star of the show though was the bread pudding French toast, it was so good we tried or order another but they were already sold out. Get here earlier if you want the French toast!

Great breakfast experience last minute decision. It’s very quaint but don’t let the google photos push you away. The good was delicious. We were pleased with it all.
I ordered pancakes, eggs, home fries, and bacon. The pancakes were light and fluffy with a gentle touch of lasting sweetness. Next, my beautiful wife ordered the grilled bread pudding french toast. This was more of a sweet dessert rather than your normal French Toast. Either way it was mouth savoring and touched her soul!

Stopped in for lunch yesterday. Sat at the bar and had an excellent lunch with my husband, a hamburger and a crabcake sandwich split between the 2 of us. The food was amazing, and the bartender/server Johnny M was the very best!! Helpful. Quick . And nice to talk with. He did a wonderful job. Highly recommend this restaurant!

Had a few early morning deliveries to make. So we decided to have breakfast. Lunch brunch somewhere in town and we picked this place. Based off of the menu and the Google reviews, and it did not disappoint. It was very good, big portions, very tasty great service, great atmosphere, a little bit of a wait.But it was worth it.The prices were just right. We will return
