I had a pleasant experience here tonight on a Friday evening I had the bowl with the limited time Chicken AL PASTOR. It has bold flavors of spicy morita peppers and ground achiote balanced with pineapple and like juice. It’s really yummy and not too spicy.

It’s been awhile since visiting Chipotle. It still has the same look and feel of a Taco Bell with much better food. It has more taste, less calories and cost more. The new brisket topping quickly became my favorite. This brisket is not to be confused with what comes out of a veteran pit master’s smoker. But it is more flavorful than beef. I will not wait so long to return.

Employee stood around and refused to take my order pretending to be busy so he could take the young girl behind me’s order.
Then they tried to let another girl in front me while I was waiting for them to just finish my food. Then when I complained they finally made my food and put Pico in both bowls when I said in one.
So I had to wait for them to remake it.
Then they did absolutely nothing to make the situation right.
No discount. No free chips. Nothing.
Just insanely horrible customer service.
Disgusting. And sexist.

I absolutely hate going to this location, it’s always something. With it being right around the corner from the House, I find it delulu to drive to the one in Deerbrook but everything from the food, to the service is so much better than this location. I’m convinced to be hired here they require you to be the most miserable person on earth. The pinto beans are never cooked properly and when asked for a small gauc on the side, the guy put one small spoon and that’s it. When asked to fill it, his response was that the lid won’t close if he does. I’m an OTR truck driver and go state to state eating chipotle and never have I never heard such a sorry excuse as to why he refused to give me to proper amount of gauc. Matter of fact! I’ve never even had this issue nor have I ever had to ask. Third, I’m now PO now because this same person didnt give me my receipt so that I can get points on my app. I’m so over still location and will avoid going forward.

As someone who eats a lot because I am a fatty at heart, I was excruciatingly disappointed for this unpleasant chipotle experience. The picture below is my friends kids tacos. What are these portion sizes? This was not worth what we payed. That’s a SNACK, not a meal plus I got a bowl. The portion sizes aren’t coming out of your pay check so stop being greedy, my friend is too skinny, I need to get her to survive winter. Speaking of winter, when our food arrived, it was cold. We could stand the cold, if we HAD FORKS. I did not receive a fork with my bowl.. the fork seen in this photograph was one WE borrowed/shared from my other friend’s mini salad bowl (who luckily was smart enough to not order chipotle) Seriously, was I supposed to raw dog this bowl with my bare hands? I mean I totally would because I love to eat but like.. just give me a fork. We spent 30 bucks on this, the average American gets payed 7.25$ an hour at a minimum wage job. Now take our meal which costed 30$ (including tip) and divide it by 7.25$, this entire “meal” took approximately 4 hours to afford and we were able to eat it in less than 10 minutes. Everyone says America eats too much, and I would like to live up to this connotation so please fill up everyone’s bowls/burritos/or taco plates more. Thanks! 🙂

They are back on their bs again seems like they need to be put on blast on tiktok again for them to start giving at least a decent amount of meat on the bowls/burritos because even the person in front of me got barely anything like it comes out of the employees paycheck ♂️ oh yeah and on top of that we had to ask them to put more rice because there was barely any in the bowl smfh!

I came to chipotle at 10:40, 20 minutes before close and the boy who was serving my food was very rude like always. I hate coming here at night because the employees act like they can’t work during open hours. The other two people who helped me were lovely like always but the one serving the food has an awful attitude and needs to be corrected…. I just got home and I got charged for guac and didn’t ask or get any.
