I encountered an employee who displayed a rude attitude and highly unprofessional behavior, yelling in the store and making threats. When I asked for her name to leave this review, she refused to identify herself. This level of conduct is completely inappropriate for anyone working in customer service, where professionalism and courtesy should be the standard. No customer should ever be treated this way. I strongly urge management to address this issue, as this employee truly does not belong in a customer-facing role.

This store is not going anymore. The management is always the same with Dunkin’s. They don’t care about others only money and to themselves.
Don’t care to train others the proper way and not even teach them how to treat people.
I ordered online ahead of time before going to work in which I work around the same plaza- which means, very close.
1. The online app- did not work
2. I called the store more than 5 times to let them know… no answer.
3. When I arrived, no line, just one guy.

And when I asked for my order… they didn’t even know what the heck was happening… didn’t even know if it was purchased or online.

Going to ask for the corporate number… UNACCEPTABLE.
This little predicament can be reported to DOL or OSHA…

DO WHAT YOU SUPPOSED TO DO.

This store needs to be closed or staffed completely from the general manager down to the dish person. I just left this location and was giving the rudest service. I ordered through the drive-through almost $60 worth of food get to the window. I have to wait two minutes before they acknowledge me at the window to pay for my food, I didn’t pay for my food to hand me my items one by one so I kindly ask excuse me, ma’am is there a bag that I can have because I have a lot of food no, we don’t have bags. so I asked her how do you expect me to carry all this food in my home plus drinks and your guys are not providing me a bag so I asked her I said is there to go bag that you guys use on DoorDash or anything that I could just place the food in to make it into my home no, we don’t have any bags so I kindly ask for a refund. I am not gonna spend my money in an establishment where you cannot provide me a simple bag for my food. I have these issues with this location. Every time today was the last draw. I will not spend my money at that location again I will drive 3 miles to another location and hopefully that location is better , you guys need to get on this issue immediately or you will be losing this location just like your other location on sunrise and 65th I believe it is that close down. And I am sure nothing will be done after all the complaints we as paying customers are leaving and what really made me upset. Is they had the nerve to curse at me as if I was wrong. And this is the picture of the assistant manager, who just stood there.

“Today I bought a coffee at this Dunkin’ Donuts, and the experience was very unpleasant. I was poorly received and completely ignored. There were two women working in the store—one wearing a red wig and the other a brown wig—but they showed no interest in providing good customer service.
The store was not busy at all; there were no other customers, yet the service was cold and inattentive. When they finally handed me my coffee, they practically threw it toward me with no respect, as if they were not serving a customer.
I do not feel they took their job seriously or treated customers with respect. This is not the kind of service I expect from Dunkin’ Donuts. I was not satisfied at all. I am very disappointed and I will never come back to this location.”

District manager if you’re reading this this place needs to be shut down phone lines have not worked in months. They always give the wrong stuff on DoorDash. I’ve gotten full refunds every time. I know you lose a lot of money.They do not care about customer service. They are all rude. Everyone that works there has disgusting behavior . Whether it’s takeout delivery or dine in this place should get negetive -1,000,000 stars

The worst Dunkin in the area, the staff are rude and don’t seem like they want to be there. The food isn’t prepared for ready drive through orders nor was my order correct I’ve wasted money and time and energy on this miserable looking unprepared Dunkin experience. waiting almost thirty minutes in the parking lot to drive to the window to get my order that I was told would given to me, just for not to be what I paid for. THIS IS THE WORST DUNKIN EVER!!!! I ordered the new bacon breakfast tacos and when I received it, I literally got 1 Tbsp of egg in my taco. I went inside because there is no way I should pay $4 for this, I made my complaint and the manager made it over himself with the same Tbsp sized amount of eggs in it and also forgot the bacon. All the workers in there have an attitude and clearly they hate working there. It is unfair that paying customers have to get this horrible service!!!! STARBUCKS WILL NEVERRRRRRRRRR! You have lost yet Another customer.

I asked for a grilled cheese sandwich. The gave me a bacon cheese melt. I told them that not what I ordered and they just removed the bacon and gave me the same sandwich with extra cheese. I don’t eat pork. And there were still pieces of bacon in the grilled cheese. Everything was very rushed! And what weird is they told us to stop before pulling up to the window.

Janay is so rude I never experienced poor customer service like this in my life food order was wrong when I asked for it to be corrected she gave me a nasty attitude and when I got the food back it was worse I will never come to this location ever again as long as she is there just unbelievable
