Went through the drive-thru and ordered a med cold brew with extra french vanilla, hashbrowns and turkey sausage and cheese MUFFIN. I was rudely interrupted while ordering. Got to the window and the girl had the worst attitude. I get home, open the bag and I got a very burnt croissant. And my cold brew barely had any flavor. I wish there was a different coffee place in town bc this dunkin just isn’t it anymore.

Mobile order for walk in. Ignored for a few minutes. Would have just grabbed my bag and walked out but they were all facing in and didn’t want to touch bags that weren’t mine. Finally acknowledged but with extreme attitude. Got home and everything is burnt, over cooked and under seasoned. I’m so upset with this order. No queso on the loaded tots, snackin bacon tasted like fried cardboard, avocado toast is burnt and brittle. What a waste of money.. that was my final straw. Otw to Starbucks.

We ordered online, they somehow couldn’t see our order and we had to tell them what we ordered. Anyway, we got Bacon, egg and cheese Croissant and Sausage, egg and cheese Croissant. The bacon was undercooked and both of the breads were burned as you can see on the pictures.
We also got Hot Chocolate, it didn’t taste as good as other DD
