Three of us went for dinner. Our server was very nice. The pan style and tavern style pizzas were very tasty. We got the cookie to finish off the evening. It was a very enjoyable dinner. I will definitely go back when in the mood for pizza.

The lighting is way too bright!!! We had to unscrew the lightbulb. It absolutely ruins the dining experience. After we did that, another table did the same thing and unscrewed their lightbulb as well.

Have had two negative experiences the first was a contactless order being delivered to the wrong address and waiting 3 hours for a new pizza. The second just happens I receive the order with receipt. Opened the pizza boxes and they were no were close to my pizzas. Tried calling the store and jumped around between customer service reps for 17 minutes before finally getting in contact with the store. Then after reaching the store being put on hold for 8 minutes.

I had the best experience working with your employee Chad on the phone. He was so easy to understand and made sure that my order was exactly what I wanted and ordered. He has excellent customer service skills and I sure hope that this gets back to him. It really does leave a good impression of your company working with someone like Chad. I also want to give props to my driver Josh. He called me and told me how far out he was, and by golly he was exactly right! Super nice guy. The food was perfect and we were all very impressed with your boneless wings. To be honest, my family are not usually fond of boneless wings, but Pizza Hut has this figured out! We all really loved them! Thanks Pizza Hut in Portage!!

I stupidly put in a big order for ASAP when I wasn’t planning on picking it up till later. I didn’t realize it till after they had made the food already and they remade everything at the time i wanted no questions asked. And all the food tasted good. Some pizza huts are slacking but this one is awesome.

Ordered delivery last night. The young lady on the phone was really nice and patient! She followed instructions I gave for my order and delivery. Delivery time went over a little but that was ok. The delivery driver was very nice as well. The reason for 4 stars was the boneless wings were extremely soggy as if they were already cooked and put in the warmer well before I even ordered them.

Certain days have certain people making the food. For a couple visits, I’ve had awesome food. Sunday 1pm lunch seems to have someone who does not know what they’re doing. Paid extra for “Pan style” and it looks and tastes horrible. Burnt beyond enjoyment and send like ” THICKER HAND TOSSED”. I HATE THE INCONSISTENCY HERE

This place brings back so much memories! I have to travel over 100 miles from where I live to find a sit-down pizza hut. The food is pretty much what you expect from a pizza hut, but it’s really about having that nostalgic experience.
