I have ordered from this location and it’s always been great. This last time not at all. Pizza was way over cooked. Asked for extra sauce and extra cheese – didn’t get. The stuffed crust was hard and not edible. My boneless wings I got were fry-ordered the Buffalo mild. Usually they come drenched in sauce which I love but This time has about a drop of sauce per wing and they were over cooked and rubbery. Like I said, usually this location is top notch but this time it was disgustingly disappointing. Tried to call to let them know about the quality and was told that Since it was delivered via door dash (ordered through the Pizza Hut app) that they weren’t responsible for the quality of the food and I got hung up on.

Ordered a 3 topping pizza. Only got pepperoni. Used the “contact us” tab online. They said the store manager would reach out to me within 3 days. I sent another message 2 weeks later. The initial message was Nov 9th the day we ordered. I wasn’t looking for anything free. I just wanted to see them acknowledge the mistake and make sure they teach the employees to be better. If management cannot follow up with a simple complaint, I can get pizza elsewhere.

Giving the 3 star the benfit of the doubt, more like 2.5. Havnt been to a pizza hut in years since doing pizza reviews. From the website being difficult to use compared to a marcos or little Ceasars. We ordered the big box with 3 pizzas, 2 sausage and 1 pepperoni with a double order of classic breadsticks. The bread sticks had very little taste, not cut at all had ti rip them apart. The Mariana sauce was also lacking flavor and not like I remember. Pizzas in my opinion was also not what I remember, under cooked sauce had little flavor and topping taste cheap. Edges used to have a burnt edge that really gave the pizza good flavor and no crunch at all around the edge. I will prob not be going back to pizza hut for a while and really disappointing from what used to be with pizza hut

I have pictures of recipt and pizzia to prove what i say. I ordered a pepperoni and mushroom carryout. Ticket# 036. The pizza did not have the mushrooms. I called the store expecting a $5 coupon for the missing ingredient. 15 min on hold the lady says she cant find my order and to hold while she gets he manager.as i wait another 15 on hold i decide. Maybe i will just have them remake it instead, and i will drive back to pick it up. He ansers and immediately say “tip” then hangs up. Now im mad and not hungry. I drive to the store to return the pizza, uneaten with receipt. The manager says he cant do a refund, i could have a gift certificate for my next visit. Or the stire manager will call me in 24 hours for the refund. It has now been 3 days since i paid for a pizza and left your store empty handed unfed but out of money. Leason for everyone is you dont tip carryout enough pizza hut will mess up your order, because pizza hut dont care.

I had a pizza delivered that looked well done. And the pepperonis were nearly burnt. I also found a hair in my pizza. When I tried calling Pizza Hut they picked up the phone and hung on me over 10 times. When I finally got through the manager was inconsiderate and passively rude. And I asked him as a manager was he happy with the level of customer service provided and he said most definitely.

Tried this location when it first opened and was completely satisfied but I decided to give it another try as I was craving the bread sticks. I am very glad I did. We got a pepperoni hand toss and a cheese thin crust and bread sticks. The bread sticks were perfect and fluffy with ample seasoning, the kids devoured the pepperoni pizza. The cheese pizza was good, I am not a fan of thin crust but my daughter and husband liked it. The drive up window is a convenience. Pizza was ready right on time.

Raw pizza. $25 and we got undercooked pizza that was also WET. It was so soggy we couldn’t even transfer it to a pizza sheet without it falling apart because they put so many veggies on it that they just got watery and heavy. It’s not that hard. This is the second time this has happened here. No review or complaint on the first time to give benefit of the doubt but I definitely don’t want to ever go back here.

The pizza is always excellent! One time we ordered they were super busy and the manager came to the window and told us they accidentally burned the pizzas and apologized. She said they would make us fresh ones right away. In less than 10 minutes we had fresh hot pizzas and some complimentary cinnasticks! Great service!

They are a little disappointing. We ordered a veggie pizza with a few extra toppings on one half, but they left off some of the original veggie pizza toppings, which turned it into something that tasted totally different and not as good. Mistakes happen, but they were unwilling to offer a refund – only a future credit. I take issue with this, since a mistake by Pizza Hut today is only resolved at a future time, and the burden is put on the customer.
The pizza is mid-quality. It’s decent, and the breadsticks are something my family enjoys, but there’s nothing here to be wowed by or anything. The staff are friendly, and the service is prompt. I am not impressed, but I also have no complaints aside from the above issue.
