Ordered take out. Dozen of Fried shrimp, fries, and buffalo wings. Wings were good. Shrimps looked good, but it wasn’t too much breading and soggy didn’t like it. Took it home put in the air fryer, didn’t make it better. The Young girls that were in the front taking orders, were sweet and courteous. I’mma give them another try dining in next time.

I was really excited to try this seafood spot, but the experience was disappointing. We waited about 45 minutes to be seated and then over an hour for our food after ordering. The wait times were excessive, especially since the restaurant wasn’t extremely busy.
To make matters worse, there was a misunderstanding with my platter and I was given the wrong food. When I brought it up, I was told that I had ordered incorrectly, which was frustrating since that wasn’t the case. The situation could have been handled much better.
The food itself was okay—not terrible, but not worth the long wait. The drinks were mediocre and didn’t make up for the service issues.
Overall, the lack of efficiency and how the mistake was handled really took away from the experience. I hope they work on communication and customer service moving forward.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at this establishment and was impressed by the clean and spacious atmosphere, which exuded a modern and relaxed vibe. The décor was tastefully designed to reflect the cultural urban ran community creating a welcoming ambiance.
My order of the “Queen’s Special” was prepared promptly in just 18 minutes, demonstrating exceptional efficiency in the kitchen. However, I was slightly disappointed to find that my meal was over-salted, which detracted from my overall dining experience. I politely requested that it be remade, and the waitress was accommodating and courteous in attending to my request, re-preparing my dish without hesitation.
Upon returning to my table with the revised meal, I was pleased to find that the issue had been addressed, although unfortunately, it still retained a strong salty flavor profile. Considering the high price point of $35 for two pieces of fried fish, four pieces of jumbo shrimp, and fries, I had expected a more balanced flavor profile.
It’s worth noting that my companions’ meals were prepared without batter, which they reported having a pleasant experience with. Overall, while my personal experience was not entirely satisfactory, I believe this establishment has potential and would be willing to give them another opportunity to impress in the future.

Let me start by saying The food was AMAZING ! But the service was TERRIBLE! For one, we waited 20 mins for someone to even acknowledge us which we had to flag down . Then they took our order only bought 3 of the 4 orders out they forgot to put one of our orders in . Then brung out anything wasn’t even the correct order so they tried to fix it And it was still wrong . When mentioned the waiter was dismissive I said the order is incorrect she shrugged . Asked for the manager to accommodate us because I also never received some food he stood in the back and looked at us NEVER came out but sent the bar back to come tell us it was nothing he could do but offer 20 off of a 300 bill . Not to mention we got the cut42 which is $42 for a 6oz cup which allegedly had 1942 in it but they didn’t have any mini bottles so they “topped it with a splash “ Do not recommend that drink it’s fruity not worth the price . I would only come back for take out if even that . Owner needs to have better communication when paying customers have an issue should be more accommodating.

Poor customer service bathrooms super dirty no toilet paper and the drink they served me was nasty I asked for a different drink they took the nasty drink empty it alil and mixed it with another drink first drink was a lemon drop which tasted just like lemon juice sour as hell no liquor den asked for a drink called side piece they thought I wouldn’t know the difference the first one was made with rum the second one was made with henny some how it still had the lemon drop taste to the henny drink horrible do better no napkins or utensils had to ask Multiple times for it no one came to our table to ask if we were good and went the whole time eating with out a drink took them about 30 mins to finally even give me that horrible drink I don’t even like leaven reviews but they had me so pissed when it came to paying my tab forget it that’s a whole other story smh over all the food was really good won’t be coming here again Also don’t like that you dine in and they serve ur food in take out trays so ghetto

The environment is great it’s always a music or sports game playing on the tv providing entertainment. The food time is great.
