My wife and I made a small early dinner mobile order today. We chose curbside and picked a spot. I used to work for McDonalds and am familiar with what the training, standards, and practices USED to be. So we waited. And waited. After 10 minutes, no food. No cars were in the drive-through. No people were lined up the counter. Still waiting. At 15 minutes my wife went in to inquire. She saw our order just sitting on the counter in the back getting cold, no telling how long. She asked the manager, a small Latino woman, about our curb side order. My wife asked, “So it’s been ready?” who replied “We’re sorry, we really busy.” I wonder how long she would have let it sit there had we not come in!!!! The manager just turned and walked away. Still no one waiting outside or inside – so NOT busy.
The food was cold obviously. And they gave the wrong drink flavor. So I went in to change it. After standing alone at the counter for several minutes, as crew members glanced at me yet quickly turning away, and still no one in the drive-through, the little woman manager came up. She said she was the manager. I asked if she ever tells guests in the drive-through or the counter they’re too busy to get their food. No answer – no concessions – no apologies. Bottom line: no crew member cared, not one, not even the manager. They don’t care about any of us as customers. And most likely not the owner doesn’t either.
My McDonalds managers would have ripped us a new one with that attitude. Back then it was all about training the crew correctly and holding up standards, which isn’t in practice here. This store should follow Chik-fil-A’s model: good training, good customer service, good team work, humility, empathy, and holding up excellent standards. You never see Chik-fil-A empty, like this place was.
Moving forward I will vote with my money, and this place doesn’t deserve my vote. However, I’d love to hear from the owner to provide some direct feedback.

Nearly everytime I get a SWEET tea here, it’s either watered down or unsweetened tea. If it were once or twice, fine, but nearly every time it’s not sweet. I don’t have this problem anywhere else, just this McDonald’s.

Can not believe the rudest lady at the drive thru window just now! She handed us our food not even in a bag after she forgot it. Gave us our iced coffee with no creamer when I ordered extra cream to be exact 5! She fixed it in the same cup and that coffee doesn’t look like it’s got creamer in it at all! Tasted absolutely horrible! Worst Iced coffee I’ve ever had here!!! Took them both back and got a refund! I so needed that iced coffee today of all days! Only got a couple hours sleep and had to be up a while longer. Now I’ll have to go on over to the art 11 McDonalds when I want an Iced coffee that I can actually drink! Sad very sad!

I had made a Mobile order after a long day of work I hadn’t eaten all day. I ordered a Big Mac mean my Big Mac had mayo instead of Mac sauce and my fries were ice cold. I had tried to call multiple times they answered and hung up the first time then no answer the next 4 times. Very disappointing.

I was in the mood for a Big Mac, so my husband stopped on his way home and got me and himself one. I’m not sure if McDonald’s made it, or who! It had no flavor for the first issue and the cheese looked like it had seen better days, but what really disappointed me was, what everyone usually gets a big Mac for, the (Secret Sauce), right? It had a smear of sauce on one patty. Apparently this McDonald’s is taking “secret ” to far, it’s “secret sauce” not, cant taste, or see or even think of trying to guess the non existing sauce. Very disappointing! I’ve never had a time that something wasn’t messed up from this McDonald’s, but come on, to mess up the main thing on an item, wow. Next time I’ll just keep craving the Mac. ☹️

So ordered 2 fish fillet sandwiches. Could tell they had been sitting quite awhile. Called back and manager said he’d make some fresh ones. Told him I’d be coming back thru in a hour or 2. So far I’m good with it. Came back and was told to customary pull up and wait, would be 3 minutes to get some fresh sandwiches. So 12 minutes later I call in and ask if they forgot about me. 6 or 7 minutes later food came out… ummm had been sitting a bit yet again. And I had expressly asked for a tiny bit of extra Tatar sauce. As you can see from the picture… I suspect the wait and the condition of the sandwich is the price or trying to get a order they way it should have initially been done… lawd this is a long review, lol…

This has to be the worst McDonald’s in our area. Service is always slow, but today the guy at the drive through was just plain rude. He kept asking if we were done and when we said no, he tried to give us the total (this happened multiple times). Uhgg! When we finally got it through his head that we wanted more things, and he said, “well, what do you want then?!” I think he knew he crossed a line because suddenly he tried to be nice and told us the mic/speaker was breaking up. Mind you, we could hear him just fine. He just had a bad attitude. Not helpful. When they brought out the order it was missing a burger. Had to go inside to get it. We were just glad to get out of there with some hot french fries and our dignity in tact. Grabbing a quick bite should not be such a hassle.

Good experience. Fast pleasant service. Tried the new apple fritter- it was ok, pretty much a 7-11 level apple fritter. A little soggy. Would probably be much better warmed up.
