Another yummy chicken express location. The food is on point like it is supposed to be when you come to chicken express. The one thing I will say about this location is there was no soap available in the restroom. The dispenser was broken. How are you supposed to wash your hands with no soap. I hope the employees were washing their hands somewhere else.

This Chicken Express got hit hard with a rush of customers due to a softball tournament right before closing on a Sunday night. Drive through wrapped around the building and lobby half full. They handled it with excellence. The guys were running food to tables and out to cars. The lady working the register was top notch

Ordered 1 fish filet, 2 hushpuppies, mac and cheese, 2 legs and 1 biscuit. Fish, hushpuppies and biscuit was good. Mac and cheese was deplorable. Noodles were overcooked and mushy and not a good quality cheese sauce. I dislike the batter of the chicken. It was hot and fresh though. 9/13 tables were dirty with crumbs, trash, napkins, and utensils. Customer service was good. Sampled coleslaw which was good.

This place grossed me out. I placed an online order in the middle of the afternoon and waited 30 minutes to go pick it up. When I arrived it hadn’t even been started. While I waited I watched an employee drop a pair of tongs on the floor and when she picked them up, she put them immediately back in the food service area. No one took them away to be cleaned. Not a single kitchen employee was wearing food service gloves. This place gets a hard pass from me from now on.

I went to Chicken Express today and ordered the 20 piece regular tenders with corn nuggets and biscuits.
This place is becoming my fav yardbird place to eat. The tenders were moist with a great crust on them, the corn nuggets hit the spot too, and OMG don’t even get me started on the biscuits.

Very rude manager. Missing our part or our order because they were out of something, they said they called but I didn’t get a phone call. So husband picked up order had to place another order for meal. He waited. He asked for drinks and they told him there wasn’t any drinks. He came back home with no drinks. I called up there’s and then they said there were drinks now but they couldn’t make it right and refund just the drinks. It’s wasn’t their job to give the drinks my husband should have known…even though it was in my online order. Another place in town going down hill. Over priced and crappy service.
