This is the second time we came to this kfc since moving and the food is always mostly unwrapped and the service is poor they act like they can’t hear you and then all of a sudden they can hear you perfectly fine 0-10.

This KFC is much better and cleaner than it used to be. We have eaten there twice in the past three weeks and food was hot and fresh. The cashier Ms Johnson was very kind and helpful. I must say if you have given up on KFC like I have. Give them another try.

Was hoping to find the “Double Down” menu item here but unfortunately they do not serve it. However the lobby was clean and the chicken smelled amazing when I walked in so I decided to grab a number 13 meal. The sandwich they served left a little more to desire but the fries were hot and fresh and I’ll always enjoy the Sweet Lighting MtN Dew.

First off had to explain a simple order at drivethru 3x. Get to window and they don’t have my order then they tried to talk me into leaving saying are you sure you want to wait the tenders will be another 6 minutes. I said its fine you have to take my order again anyway so I won’t wait long. 25 minutes later I had to go inside to get my order which they were just making. The person waiting next to me got their food before me and on my way out they said their order was messed up. I was there 35 minutes at kfc on a 3 piece tender meal and an 8 piece tender meal. It’s been bad for several years and I will NOT be back to this location. Horribly managed. Ive been in retail management most of my life. This is the worst place ever!

Biscuits were not thoroughly baked. Some of the staff were unable to hear me say that I’m ordering through the app when they asked me. I cannot yell or raise my voice any louder. All I saw were slow women working, no men in view. If this establishment is not going to hire people from all demographic groups, this workplace is not celebrating diversity and inclusion.

Been here several times in the last year and a half. Literally every time I go they are out of something. When we went tonight, they were out of dark meat chicken. How can you be out of one of the main things you serve? I stopped even ordering their Mac and cheese because they are almost always out of it. Needs replaced with a Popeyes or something.

Would rate higher but they never answer their phone. How are we supposed to get in touch over any issue we might have if no one ever answers the phone??? Can’t give an employee a good review to management nor let them know when an order is messed up as they refuse to answer the phone. I have called at 4pm every day for 2 weeks, I call 5 times at 10 minute intervals and no one has answered.

The KFC in Lexington Tennessee needs to be closed! It’s the worst. Went there yesterday for dinner and had to wait 5 minutes to give my order. When I finally got my order, ofcourse it was missing the biggest part of the order. Ordered sauce and got home, no sauce. More customers came in while I was waiting and the manager on duty rolled her eyes in disgust.

I left one star because there is no option for 0 stars. This place used to be good but in the last 5 years it has gone down hill. The last 3 times (wanted to give it an honest try), it has been terrible to the point that I am writing this. They don’t change the oil often enough, the chicken is subpar, the strips are smaller than my thumb and overcooked. Absolutely DO NOT RECOMEND.
